words that you say are creating the reality that you experience. And as I tune into this topic, there are so many branches off from the original topic that go into worthiness and programming and, um, just so many different side streets that are relevant to this topic, and I really want to

keep it reined in, in terms of staying on track. But all of those side tracks are gonna be coming through behind the words, in the energy of what I'm sharing. So there's gonna be a lot more that comes through beyond the spoken word here. So just know that and keep yourself in a state of openness as we move through this topic. It's such an important topic because
it is life. It's your creation. Life is your creation. It's your reality. We can be so entrenched in the day-to-day, moment-to-moment to-do list. We can be in that mindset of repetition and being in our, our structure that we've created, that it can be hard to step back and see that your life is happening continuously. It's not something that's coming. Your life

isn't coming when you finish this phase of the things that you have to do and eventually you'll get to where you are living. I remember feeling that way a lot, like, when I was in the workplace, for example. And it'd be like, "Oh, okay, well, today's gonna be really busy with work, but the weekend, I'm working for the weekend. That's when I'm really gonna be living," or, "I'm working toward
vacation. That's when I'm really gonna be living and experiencing life." Your life is happening all the time. So the more that you can be in a state of creatorship and be more deliberate and intentional about what you're creating and how you're creating it, then the more you can design your life in accordance with what you came here to experience, what your purpose is, what your mission is. Because-

You are a, an energetic being. First and foremost, you are an energetic being. You are a spirit. You are a soul that is utilizing a physical body. You are utilizing a physical experience. Your body is a vehicle as such to carry you through this life
experience. And because you are an energetic being and you are a spirit being, you are vibration. And everything in this universe and beyond is fundamentally vibration. And you experience the vibration that you are resonating at. So your vibration

brings to you your reality. It brings to you what is resonating in conjunction, in harmony with the vibration that you are And there are a lot of things that contribute to our vibration. You have a, a foundational vibration that is the, the fundamental expression of who you are as a soul and a spirit, but you
also are ... Your vibration is affected by different things within your reality. So the food that you're eating, what you're drinking, the, your intake of media and how that makes you feel, the, uh, types of entertainment that you're watching, the movies that you're watching, the TV shows, all of these things are

creating or affecting your vibration. If you are continuously engaging with things that have a heavier, slower, lower, more incoherent vibration, then that will affect you. That will bring your vibration down. It will take you out of a harmonious, resonant vibration and into more of an erratic vibration. The people that you engage with, the people
you surround yourself with, the people you listen to, if they have a low vibration, that's gonna pull you down. You, you don't even need to think of that in terms of vibration. You know how it feels to be around people who have a lower vibration, who are always talking about what's wrong or who are constantly pulling the conversation down into gossip,

into fear, into hate. You know how that makes you feel, and your feelings are very connected to your vibration. And another part of your vibration are the sounds that you make, the language that you use. So the way that you put words together Will affect your feeling and it will
affect your vibration. So if you are using positive, life-affirming words, that has a lift in your vibration. If you're using words that keep you limited, that keep you in fear, that keep you in anger and reinforce a lower vibrational reality, that's what you will experience.

Now, our words begin... Hey, Lorinda. Yeah, she's saying 1,000%. Um, our words originate with our thoughts. And so before you speak anything, you are speaking what is a reflection of your thoughts. So you want to be catching your thoughts, and this is as simple and as complicated as watching your thoughts, being
aware of your thoughts, having some space from when you think and noticing that you're thinking. A lot of times we're walking through this world and we're thinking and we're not noticing what we're thinking. We are just thinking, and we think that our thoughts are true. But our thoughts are not always true. Again,

it comes back to that programming. It comes back to that conditioning. A lot of your thoughts originate from your environment from when you were little. So that's where a lot of these, the kernel of the thoughts that you think now, many of them if you have not done work on changing your thoughts, a lot of those are coming from your childhood environment. And a lot of people come from childhood environments
that were not entirely nurturing And yet we still believe these thoughts. And so our thoughts may be judgmental and critical about ourselves and our abilities and about others. And it really starts with what you allow yourself to think about yourself, because how you think about others or what you think about others is a reflection of what you think of yourself. And sometimes, a lot of times, we won't

allow ourselves to reveal to ourselves how we really feel about ourselves, but we will project it onto others. So we'll notice the flaws in others that really are the things that bother us about ourselves, but we project them onto somebody else because we're afraid to acknowledge it within ourselves. The words that we speak begin
in the thoughts, and it takes mindfulness, and that can seem like a word that is mysterious and that is complicated and that you have to learn mindfulness. Like, it's some sort of, uh, thing you need to maybe go off into the mountains and, and learn it from a monk. But mindfulness in this context, I just mean being aware. Becoming

aware of the thoughts and becoming aware of what comes out of our mouths. This might sound easy, but it can be tricky, and I'll give you an example, a very recent example. I was leading a group recently, I mean, just within the last few days, and we are working on something new. Um, we are working on a new skill, and I want this group, I want to approach this with playfulness. I'm, I'm
encouraging everybody. Like, there's no pressure here. This is not a competition. We're, we're moving through this together. We're learning this together. Let's be playful. Let's stay light. And when we finished the... I had just finished saying this, and then we did an exercise, and then we all shared about this exercise, and the first person to go, the first words out of their mouth was,

"Well, I completely failed. I am a total failure at this." And they were, you know, being funny, and I mean, we had... The last thing I had said was just talking about being aware of how we speak, being aware of how we talk about ourselves and to ourselves. I had just talked about this. Then we did the exercise, and then those were the first words out of their mouth And so how mindful
are we? You know, we can bring this, um, Lorinda. Lorinda says, "But also disappearing into the mountains and learning from monks might be fun." Yes, absolutely. D- there's a lot of appeal to that, too. Um, but how mindful are we when we go from just a few minutes of even being... having that brought to our attention, watch the words that we speak, watch the language that we use,

let's, let's model this positive language and this supportive language for ourselves, holding compassion for ourselves, remembering that we're beginners and we're... This is for fun. This is not... We're not g- even getting a certificate at the end of this. It's purely for the joy of it. And then the next words that come out are self-deprecating in that short space of time. And so that... And it's
not to do... I mean, I'm not using this person as a, like, oh, they've got, you know, this is a problem with them. I'm using this as an example for all of us because it's so easy as I'm talking about this to be like, yes, right now I am going to tell myself compassionate things, loving things. I'm gonna let my language be uplifting and watch the cri- self-criticism, watch the self-deprecation, and

how easy it is to just flip back into our habits. I mean, it's just so easy. That's why this mindfulness piece is so critical of just being aware. Pre-programming, this is Lorinda again. Pre-programming is such an influence on our thoughts. Absolutely. Pre-programming, I love that. This, this, uh, and reprogramming as well, where we're wanting to reprogram, but we have all this pre-programming where we're programmed
without even knowing. The people who programmed us, a lot of them anyway, when we're talking about our families, a lot of times they don't realize what they're doing. Got all this ancestral lineage, uh, programming that just comes in. It's, like, automatic that it comes in. And so there is this reprogramming that has to happen, and that begins with our awareness and paying attention, being mindful, making new choices,

and understanding that the words that we say come from the thoughts that we think. And we need to be aware of those thoughts, catch them, and re- rephrase them in a positive way so that we can be more deliberate with what we speak into creation What we speak into creation. Your
reality, your lived experience is based on vibration, and you are ultimately responsible for that vibration. There are a lot of factors that are coming in and influencing that vibration, like we talked about at the start of this live stream, but you are responsible for being

aware and mindful, and making new choices, thinking new thoughts that are in support of a higher vibrational reality, and speaking new, more higher vibrational, more uplifting, and therefore truer words into your creation. And what I mean by truer is that there are various levels of truth
in this reality. There are things that may reflect what you're observing that may not feel great. So you may notice something that a friend is doing that is ... that you don't agree with, and you can see the flaws with it, and you may come into judgment of that person, and they're You may be

accurate. You may be accurately seeing what they're doing, but that's at the human level. The highest truth is that that person is having a spiritual experience, no matter what it looks like, however it's disguised, they're still having a spiritual experience that their soul is calling in for their highest benefit. Even if you, in
a million years, would not make the same choice that they make, and it seems completely obvious to you that they are sabotaging their creation, their life creation. But the highest truth is that their soul is working to balance out their life and help them to live purposefully and get them on track. And that may not make sense to

the ego mind, to the lower mind, to the human mind, but the highest truth is spirit is working through their life, too. And so same thing if somebody is sick. If you feel sick, if you keep reinforcing that through your words, "I'm sick, I'm sick, I'm sick," cancel, cancel, cancel. The highest, the highest truth
is that you are a being of light and you are in perfect health as a spirit being in a body, and your body can heal. Your body is healing. Your body is always in a state of balance, of balancing itself. So the highest state is that you are coming into balance, you are in balance, you are healthy and well. And so

if those are the words, that is the highest truth. So the highest truth is always going to have that spiritual perspective to it. And then the, the ... There's another version of the truth which is gonna have more distortion in it, but that might feel or appear to be truer in the human experience. So I challenge
you to be mindful, be aware of your thoughts, catch them, work with them, massage them. When you notice that your thoughts are, are low and they're not reflecting the highest truth, massage them. Get them into a higher vibration, and also be mindful of the words that come out of your mouth because you are
