What is a near-death experience, or NDE, really like? Jonah Van Valen joins Kara Goodwin on Soul Elevation to discuss his personal encounter and the long-term process of integration.
After surviving a profound event that completely changes how you see reality, the challenge lies in how to bring those insights back into everyday life. This conversation focuses on the practical reality of adjusting to the world after an expanded state of consciousness. Jonah shares the specific, often lengthy journey required to ground these experiences and make sense of them in a modern context.
Beyond just the event itself, we discuss instances of expanded communication and how these moments shape our perception of reality. Whether you are navigating your own spiritual milestones or curious about the mechanics of consciousness, this episode offers a grounded perspective on the integration process. It is a look at how to maintain clarity and purpose after the extraordinary becomes your new normal.
