618. DNA Isn't What They Taught You - Dr. Carol Talbot

This episode is a unique opportunity to explore the principles of soul elevation with Dr. Carol Talbot. Learn how her unique approach to human potential can shift your perspective.

In this episode, host Kara Goodwin talks to Dr. Carol Talbot to discuss her body of work and the specific insights she has gathered throughout her career relating to the nature of reality. This conversation is going to hit home for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of personal growth and the factors that drive meaningful contributions in life. We examine the core philosophy behind incarnation into a human life and how this applies to everyday challenges.

Dr. Carol discusses human potential and “superhuman” abilities, her background in quantum morphogenetic physics, and how her gifts present as a pre-language “knowing” rather than clairvoyance, which she translates into written scan reports using minimal client information. She explains DNA as a transmitter/receiver of consciousness, with “junk” (intron) DNA representing potential that can be dimmed by conditioning and toxins, and describes her pranic nourishment/Breatharian practices, fasting, and dark-room retreats as part of her DNA-repair exploration. She connects frequency, identity, and timelines, describing tools like entrainment audio and mastery mapping to shift baseline frequency toward an optimal timeline, and recommends coherence practices such as holding a positive thought for 10–15 seconds, breath, stillness, and nature.

This episode will allow you walk away with actionable takeaways that you can apply immediately to your own path.

Welcome to Soul Elevation, Guiding Your Ascension to New Heights. I'm your host, Kara Goodwin, and I really want you to pay attention to this episode with Dr. Carol Talbot. I've had the pleasure and honor of engaging with her work personally, and she absolutely floored me with what she tapped into. The level of detail at the soul level that she delivers in her
multidimensional field scan is mind-blowing. I was told very, very specific things that are really unique to me that she got absolutely spot on without meeting me. She also shared things that were absolutely true, but I hadn't even made the connection yet within myself until it came through in my scan. And then at the end of our conversation today, after we finished

1
00:01:00,000 --> 00:01:08,000
recording, she shared more insights about what she picked up about me. And again, these were very specific things, and they directly related to insights I'd received myself years ago in one of my multidimensional experiences that I hadn't really even thought about recently. So I hope every listener who feels a resonance with Dr. Carol through this episode will take advantage of her unique abilities and have their own personal field scan.
Dr. Carol Talbot is the architect of multidimensional intelligence, a new operating system for human potential. Holding a PhD in quantum morphogenetic physics, she bridges advanced science, consciousness studies, and embodied wisdom to activate the next evolution of intelligence. Carol is known for catalyzing profound shifts through insight, frequency, and direct experience. So we'll begin very shortly, but first I want to invite you

2

frequency of the content. So go ahead and hit the like button while you're thinking about it. All right, let's begin. Enjoy this episode. Kara: Well, welcome Dr. Carol. I'm really excited to have this conversation today. Thanks for coming on Soul Elevation. Dr Carol Talbot: you for the invitation. Kara: We have some great topics That we're gonna talk about today because you are a wealth of information, and I wanna make sure that we

3
00:03:00,000 --> 00:03:08,000
talk about your-- uh, what you offer to people because I have had the immense delight of experiencing it for myself, and I highly encourage people to engage with what you offer because it's really unique and it's incredibly valuable. But before we get to that, I wanna lay some foundation so people understand you're getting this information and the, the, uh, basis of all the research that
you've done and the, the studies and so forth. So I wanna begin by talking about human potential. Are superhuman abilities real? And if so, only available to some people? What do you think? Dr Carol Talbot: That is a question that has driven me my whole life, so I'm so glad you, you brought that up. You know, I remember as a child having dreams where I was flying, and it was so real,

4
00:04:00,000 --> 00:04:08,000
and I wondered, "Is it possible to bring that into this reality?" And then as I'm a seeker, searcher, you know, I've always been fascinated by the masters, the superhumans, the gurus who demonstrate everything from walking on water, teleportation, manifesting huge feasts and banquets out of thin air, or even nourishing themselves without the need for physical, solid food. Nourishing themselves off
universal force, um, prana. And so that's created this question in me, you know- Why haven't I been taught to do that? Is it possible for us to reclaim these abilities? Is it something to do with our DNA? And actually, that was the basis of my PhD thesis, which was bioregenesis of the DNA blueprint through source feeding. Bit of a mouthful there, but again, it was to see what I could actualize as a

5
00:05:00,000 --> 00:05:08,000
result of starting to tidy up my DNA, because it's filled with distortions, not just through programming and conditioning, but also through the toxins and additives in our food and water supply. Kara: Wow. So there's, there are so many places to go from there. I mean, what, what did you find, and then what was your experience? Dr Carol Talbot: Well, I'm one of those people who loves learning, Cara. So, you know, I, I'm
one of those people who's done a lot of the ologies and therapies. Uh, my friends call me a course junkie. Um, and it was this quest of if they can do it, is it possible that I could? So, you know, I even went on a month-long program to see if I could learn to walk on water. Um, did I? No, I sank every single time. But one of the things that I do teach and have taught for over 20 years is I'm a master fire walk instructor,

6
00:06:00,000 --> 00:06:08,000
so I've literally taught people to walk across burning hot coals of about 1,700 degrees Fahrenheit. And when people do something like that, completely unharmed, something we've been taught and told is impossible, it starts to create shifts inside of us, and it starts to open the door to possibilities, to take you beyond the boundaries of who you believe yourself to be, and
open to what if this were possible. And I feel that, that's the start, that's the key to kind of like having this curiosity and, and seeing where it takes you. And of course, my curiosity led me to study quantum morphogenetic science and physics. Bit of a mouthful there, and if it sounds complex, it is. But again, it's basically the study of our multidimensional nature,

7
00:07:00,000 --> 00:07:08,000
and that led me to start developing multidimensional intelligence and the whole toolbox that came along with that, which surprised me because I've always been one of those people who wanted to activate my psychic gifts, and it didn't happen for me in a way that I expected. So I had a lot of friends who'd say Who were psychic who'd say, "Did you see this?
Did you hear that?" And Cara, I'd go, "No, nothing." And so to, to discover then my gifts came in a slightly different way has blown my own mind in terms of, uh, as you've experienced and mentioned, the multidimensional field scans, um, the entrainment audio series, the mastery mapping frequency technology. Um, so I thought I was writing a book, and it

8
00:08:00,000 --> 00:08:08,000
opened the door to, um, a whole river of other tools and techniques. Kara: That is amazing. I wanna go back to the DNA and repairs. But while you're talking about your gifts, I mean, we can't just leave everybody with, "My gifts d- they s- blew me away and surprised me," and the end, "Okay, thanks everybody for joining us." Everybody's like, "Well, what are the gifts? What is that like?" So what opened
up for you, and how? Dr Carol Talbot: Well, quite extraordinary. As I said, I had written... I turned my PhD into a book, and I published that, not expecting to write another book for probably another eight to 10 years. I have long gaps between books. And I don't know, Cara, if you've ever had one of those nights where you just can't sleep, and rather than trying to sleep, I tend to get up and do

9
00:09:00,000 --> 00:09:08,000
something. And so one night I got up and mapped out the whole of the book on multidimensional intelligence, and again, thought I was writing a book. But again, because of my, uh, thesis and repairing my own DNA with source feeding, which is the pranic nourishment approach, um, other things start opening up for me. So it wasn't like clairvoyant or clairaudient
in seeing things and hearing things as I'd wanted for so long, and then you want it three times and really loudly so you know you didn't miss it. And as you know, intuitive gifts tend to come very quietly, very softly. You need to be still and silent to start paying attention to them. So what I found was a gift which comes pre-language, which if you

10
00:10:00,000 --> 00:10:08,000
think about it, is the purest form of telepathy. And it's, I guess, how animals, plants, and much of nature communicates. And so I liken it to when people have a near-death experience, and they often say they go into a field or a space and place where they can ask any question, and they immediately know everything. So if they ask about quantum
mechanics, whoosh, it's all there. The challenge is bringing it back into this reality and finding the language. So I gather the information for the, say, multidimensional field scans by going into a particular state, and I have to trust because I don't see anything. I don't hear anything. It's a, a knowing. It's a frequency. And then what

11
00:11:00,000 --> 00:11:08,000
takes me the time and the reason that I do them in report format rather than face-to-face or online with people is I do them in a report format because what takes me the time is to put it into language. Um, so-- And I have a structure, as you know, to cover a certain number of areas because when you go into the multidimensional fields, there's a lot. Um, you know, I don't really need to watch any television or movies
or anything now. I can just play in the multidimensional fields. But it's, again, bringing it into language in a, and in a way that resonates with people. So that's when things started to happen. And of course, as you can imagine, I was, um, the biggest skeptic. Could this really be happening? So I went through extensive testing, first with friends. And again, actually with friends it's more challenging because you

12
00:12:00,000 --> 00:12:08,000
have certain perceptions about the friends that you have, and I found that I needed to switch that off. So if I thought, "Hmm, that doesn't seem like the person I know," it's like, "Nope, that's my perception." I keep it very, very clean, um, when I open the field and also at the end when I close the field. So I then started experimenting with friends of friends of friends of friends of friends, people I didn't know, and
with very little information. Basically permission, date of birth, and that was about it. Now, as you know, it's permission, name, name at birth, date of birth, and a few questions that people choose to answer, some in detail, some not so much. And it-- Again, the information just flows. It's like a whole book or many people might say it's the Akashic records, except it's very different, um, in terms of the way that I

13
00:13:00,000 --> 00:13:08,000
receive information. It's very clean. It's very clear. It's very crisp Kara: And so you are receiving... So you're not, like, seeing clairvoyantly, you're not hearing, you're-- it's just a knowing. So are you tuning into... Because I've received this, this report, and it's very thorough, it's exceptionally accurate, and it's very, very deep. so you know what kind of,
what you're looking for, and then you're just kind of, you just know the answer. Dr Carol Talbot: Yes. In that there's a particular state that I go in, I call it, call it the zero point field, and I get into that state very quickly. Sometimes I get the impression of frequencies, maybe a slight buzzing, and that's all, and I don't have to stay in that state very long.

14
00:14:00,000 --> 00:14:08,000
And then I have some-- uh, already a parameter that I work within, and then I start writing and then put it into a report format. And the report format, after I've written, I usually run through AI just to tidy it up and make it into a particular format. Kara: Mm-hmm. Wow. So it, it really is so fascinating and, and, and unique. Like, I haven't come across this before. Um go back to
the DNA piece because this has been part of your research and your, your study and your interest. And so I think a lot of people who are listening understand that we have, you know, mainstream science talks about two-strand DNA, but that-- And then there's all the junk DNA as we're told. when you start to see DNA and learn about it from more of a multidimensional spiritual lens, then

15
00:15:00,000 --> 00:15:08,000
you might start learning about different strands of DNA and, um, and how those are connected to gifts that maybe aren't so physical. But what can you share? What should people understand about DNA, and what is it that you have learned as you have Dr Carol Talbot: Well, if we think of DNA like a treasure chest and you're given a key, but when you turn the
key, it only opens a very small part of that treasure chest. Um, and so the rest is what mainstream st- science terms as junk DNA. I like to call it intron DNA because the word intron means possibility and potential. And it's within that potential lies our remembrance of who we truly are. Because right now, most people think that DNA is just responsible for

16
00:16:00,000 --> 00:16:08,000
certain genetic traits, such as skin color, eye color. I'm not gonna say hair color because mine comes from a bottle, but courtesy of L'Oréal. But, um, y- you know, we... That's what most people think, but actually it's a transmitter and receiver of consciousness. But because of the distortions in our DNA through conditioning, programming, and as I said earlier, the toxins and additives in our food and
in our water supply, our DNA has been severely tampered with, which means the stream of consciousness that should be available to us is, like, dimmed down to a, a little flicker. It's like on a dimmer switch and just a faint glow, and that's one of the reasons that we don't remember who we are. We don't remember our true cosmic history, and we don't remember our true nature. So one of the ways that I

17
00:17:00,000 --> 00:17:08,000
describe this is that if you take a film strip and light hits the projector, if there's scratches on the film st- strip, then what gets projected on the outer screen has scratches on it. It's glitchy. It flickers. You don't see the picture very well. And so it is with DNA. If there's distortions in your DNA, as a small amount of consciousness comes in
and hits the DNA, what gets projected as your holographic reality, your outer world, also has glitches through trauma, um- negative experiences, dis-ease, disorders. So again, it all comes back to tidying up your DNA because as you clean up your DNA, then more consciousness can, uh, come in. You expand your perception, and you access the multidimensional

18
00:18:00,000 --> 00:18:08,000
fields. So more intuition comes on board, more creativity, more innovation. So we realize that we are part of this quantum field, the multidimensional field. So I liken it a bit to think of Netflix. If you have a Netflix account, then you set up an account, you set up a password, you can watch anything that's streaming on that platform. And if you want to watch something that's not on that platform,
you need to set up another account, another password, and log in again. But the fact is we are already operating within this beautiful network of innovation, creativity, and wisdom, and we don't need any password. And we get glimpses of this when you think of somebody and they just call almost instantly, or those times when you have a creative idea that seems to land out of nowhere fully formed. And

19
00:19:00,000 --> 00:19:08,000
most people think they're random, but actually they're insights that you are connected to a much wider field. What's missing is bandwidth and capacity. So if you think about you could have the most advanced streaming platform on the planet, but if your internet connection is poor, then the picture's going to glitch. It's not
gonna flow. So really what we want to do is to upgrade our connection, and that starts by tidying up your DNA. And the way that I chose was a rather radical approach, but I took my, my example from the masters who were able to nourish themselves off prana. And I wondered if I took out the thing that was the toxin in my, uh,

20
00:20:00,000 --> 00:20:08,000
food and drink, if I took that out and nourish myself in other ways, whether that would start to repair my DNA. So as I said, it was quite a radical approach. It's often called Breatharian or Pranic living. Um, and there's different levels. I'm what's called a level three Breatharian, which means I can eat, I do eat, um, and I know that I don't have to eat, that I can nourish myself in other ways. And that's a huge program,
Kara, to, to break free from because if you think about it, particularly in this day and age Everything is around food. You know, do you eat because it's breakfast time, lunchtime, dinner time? Do you eat because it's a party, it's a celebration, it's Christmas? It's, there's so many reasons that it's food, food, food, food, food. So it's a huge program and frequency to break free from. But it also begs the question,

21
00:21:00,000 --> 00:21:08,000
what are you really hungry for? And for most people, it's not food. It's for love, attention, success, acknowledgement. There's many other things that we're hungry for, and we replace it with, with food. So is it possible to nourish yourself in alternate ways? Absolutely. And while my way was drastic, I'd just like to say, you know, think about a nourishing conversation. Think
about a nourishing day in nature. Thinking about listening to music and being nourished by sound. There are hundreds of different ways to nourish yourself and feed your spirit and feed your soul. Kara: Wow! So how long have you been a Breatharian? Dr Carol Talbot: Well, I started my journey a long, long time ago because I've been vegetarian and then vegan and started eating

22
00:22:00,000 --> 00:22:08,000
lighter and lighter. But I started to take it more seriously, obviously, as my PhD was becoming, um, closer because I thought I can't write about something that I haven't experienced. So in 2023, I went on a dark room retreat, uh, where you spend nine days, nine nights in complete and utter darkness. And when I say utter darkness, I'm talking about close your eyes, hold your hand in front of your face, and you can't see it. You can't
see anything. Um- And what happens when you spend extended periods in darkness, you start to release huge amounts of melatonin, which also repairs your DNA. And then when you s- spend longer and longer, other things, other chemical shifts and changes happen in your system as well. But that program was also a breatharian program. We could have water, and there was juice served, but there was no food served. But Cara, the juice was

23
00:23:00,000 --> 00:23:08,000
way the other side of the hall, and to make my way there in the dark, I wasn't sure I'd be able to find my way back. Um, but we could have, um, juice if we wanted. Now, when I came out of that experience, I ate very, very lightly. I did go back to eating. So I went on another retreat where we were going to also practice dry fasting. Dry fasting is no food, no
water, and we did that for three to four days, if I'm not mistaken. But also, when we came out of that experience, we were guided to have no physical solid food for two months to give this muscle a complete rest. We were allowed to have diluted juices, diluted s- soups, um, diluted everything really. Uh, but for two months, no chewing. And then you could choose to

24
00:24:00,000 --> 00:24:08,000
start to maybe integrate eating maybe once a week or something like that if you chose. And I did stay with that. I stayed with that for, I think, two, two and a half months before I actually had any food. And that to me was what flipped the switch for me. And I want to make this very clear, this is what flipped the switch for me. This is not something to be practiced lightly because you need to be prepared to hold a certain frequency.
And I can honestly say when I came out of that experience, I was all over the shop. Um, it took me a while to integrate the new frequencies. And you think about it, Cara, you know, times when maybe people have had plant medicine experiences, where it literally catapults you into different frequencies, but you can't hold it. You see different things, you hear, you experience so many different things, but you can't hold it. So when

25
00:25:00,000 --> 00:25:08,000
you come back into this reality, most people just maybe have made small incremental shifts, but we can't- We haven't got the capacity to hold that yet. But it does give you glimpses of what's possible when you hold different frequencies, which is again, some of my work is to take people from here and incrementally shift their playground, the frequency that they operate in, so
that their capacity to hold more frequency and experience more of the multidimensional fields and their gifts expands. Because everything is there. It's about our capacity. So if you go diving, you can only dive to a certain depth, else the pressure, you will implode. But if you go down in a submarine, you can go to an even deeper depth. The depth is there. It's your capacity to

26
00:26:00,000 --> 00:26:08,000
access it. And so it is with the multidimensional fields. Your intuition, innovation, knowledge, wisdom, it's all there. It's our capacity to access it and hold it. So as I said, for me, my, my choice was experiencing tidying up my DNA through pranic nourishment. Kara: Wow. It's amazing. I mean, I have also gone through different cleanses for one thing, and I
did-- I've done like nine-day cleanses and, um, different, different lengths of time. it-- I remember they lasted a very long time. They felt like they lasted longer than, you know, the, the nine days or the four days or, you know, the different ones that I did. So I, you know, just-- I'm very impressed. Congratulations. That's, that's amazing. And the, the time

27
00:27:00,000 --> 00:27:08,000
in the complete darkness as well. I mean, that's-- it's a long time to, to be like sensory deprived. Dr Carol Talbot: Yes, and you know, Kara, if I'd done it maybe 10, 15 years ago, I've always been very much of an action person. I would have been sitting there twiddling my thumbs going, "Are we nearly done? Are we nearly done?" But you know what? I would say it's probably when the time is right, it's maybe the closest to a
near-death experience because that sense of, or that sensory deprivation, you lose sense of time, space, and I found myself going through what the Mexican shamans call recapitulation, almost going through all the experiences I'd had in my life and recovering my energy and giving other people back their energy. So it was a very nourishing experience and- I actually felt I could have gone for another 10 days. I wasn't in a rush to

28
00:28:00,000 --> 00:28:08,000
come out at all, and I found it very emotional coming out. It really was like a, a complete rebirth. Um, and I feel that it's something that many of us probably need to do, not to that extreme, but to have a day off from social media, a day off from the noise. You know, our nervous system, we don't realize because it's always on the alert, we don't realize that it needs to rest, to come back
into alignment. And when you look at the fact that we are energetic beings, and that we may not be aware of it, but we're emitting an energetic signature. When your thoughts are scattered, when your emotions, your state is fractured, then what reality are you really creating if you can't hold a coherent thought? So it's a beautiful way to reset, as is, as you've said, you know, detoxing,

29
00:29:00,000 --> 00:29:08,000
fasting. And by the way, fasting and pranic living are very, very different because fasting is still dependent on, on food. Um, so y- it's impossible to do it for too long. Um, and I, I'm just saying this because I do not want people to take this literally and think, "Oh, I'll go two months," or anything like this. It, you know, really this is, um, serious work where you do really need support as well with this. But cleansing,
even dry fasting on a regular basis just for one day is extraordinary. And dry fasting is going without food and water. And what you'll find is the cleaner you are, the less it bothers you. So when you first do dry fasting, you can't talk because your mouth is so dry. But when you do it on a regular basis, um, I used to do it at least once a week. I don't-- I'm, again, not so rigid now, but I used to do a reset once a week and dry

30
00:30:00,000 --> 00:30:08,000
fast for about 18 to 20 hours, and my mouth wouldn't get dry at all. I could speak, I could go to the gym, I could car- carry on with my normal life. Uh, but when you first do it, it highlights, you know, the amount of toxins that we have in our system. Kara: Wow. So fascinating. Well, so you mentioned that you have been a, you know, a, a very thirsty seeker for a long time, and you, you've taken a lot of
courses, and you've been very drawn to learning. But let's talk about how you found yourself in the world of quantum physics and how it relates to multidimensional intelligence. And does the interest go back through your whole life, or was there a particular thing that sparked this, the seeking? Dr Carol Talbot: There's a very interesting story there which leads me to believe that the seeds were planted

31
00:31:00,000 --> 00:31:08,000
a long, long time ago. And I have always been drawn to subjects and topics that are a little bit left of center. Um, and so I remember coming back from a program in the US, and I, I live in the Middle East, as you know, and I stopped off in the UK to see my mother, and this is probably over 10 years ago. And she knew what I was interested in, and even if I go back through my, my
ancestors, my grandfather was very into Madame Blavatsky, Alice Bailey. My mother followed, um, Gurdjieff and other philosophers. So I guess it's in our DNA, if you want to say that. But my mother showed me a manual from a course that she'd been on maybe 20, 25 years before, and it was quite a detailed manual, and I looked through it and it was very complicated, and I left it at that. When

00:32:00,000 --> 00:32:08,000
I got back to Dubai, I saw there was a course going on that, uh, a little talk that I was curious about. So I went. Um, I don't know whether you've ever had that experience, but when you go into something, it was just a, a couple of hours talk one evening, and it's kind of like bing, bing, bing, where there was that, "There's something to learn here." And I've always, not always realized it, but I've always had a high level of discernment. So
whereas other people are following this, there's something in me that goes, "Mm, there's something off here." But this was, "There's something on here. There's something for me to learn, and I need to mentor with this person." So I made an appointment to go and see him the next day, and we got chatting because he knew the teacher, the mentor that I'd just been working with in the US, so there was a connection. And then he had to take a call,

33
00:33:00,000 --> 00:33:08,000
and he... While he took the call, he said, "Oh, just take a look at this manual." And when I looked at the manual, it was the same manual my mother had shown me. Kara: Wow. Dr Carol Talbot: even more on this, Kara, because I went home, called my mother and I said, "Show me that manual again." And she showed me, and his name was on it. She'd been on this, on the program,
a program with this person 25 years earlier. Kara: my Dr Carol Talbot: And so she'd met him And so I did study with him, and as a result of that, that led me to quantum morphogenetic physics and to study with somebody else. Um, and I'm still friends with this person my mother met, you know, 25, 30 years ago. But for me, that is a strong signal that when the time is

34
00:34:00,000 --> 00:34:08,000
right, because at the time I told you when I looked at the manual, I thought, "This is complicated," and it is complicated. And we've all had those experiences when you open a book excited to read it, but you can't get past the first page. It's just too complicated. And then maybe a year later, you pick up the book and find that you can't put it down. The time is right. Your capacity, um, has been
upgraded. So again, it's like when you read the book, deeper understanding. When you access the multidimensional fields, more innovation, more creativity. It's all there. It's our ability to hold it. Kara: That's so beautiful. let's-- this leads into frequency because you're talking about that ex- that expansion, and you've talked a bit about changing frequencies and holding higher frequencies. How does

35
00:35:00,000 --> 00:35:08,000
frequency play into a person's reality? Dr Carol Talbot: Okay. So everything is energy oscillating and vibrating at specific frequencies, and all organisms read energy. But as human beings, we've got a little bit lazy. But we all know that time where you walk into a room and you feel, "Mm, something's a bit off here." Or you meet someone and think, "Oh, gosh, I feel good just
being around them." So that's energy. And we-- Once we become aware of it, we also realize that we are an energy signature, and we have the choice to lift the room or suppress the room, that we can shift how people feel almost instantly by our own energy signature. So one of the things that when I work with people is, as you know, in the multidimensional field scans, I think it's

36
00:36:00,000 --> 00:36:08,000
on number 10, it highlights certain timeline options, certain paths or opportunities that may be open to you. And so often people come back and say- I want to be on that timeline. I'm ready to shift. So we each have what I call a baseline signature frequency. Um, it's not one frequency, it's a kind of soup of frequencies, but it creates a kind of playground which certain people, situations,
or experiences will come and play in your playground. They may not be an exact match, but they're a close enough resonant match that they're in your field. So we get the baseline signature frequency of where you are now. Then I get the baseline signature frequency of your optimal timeline. Now, going back to something I said earlier, we can't just slap you there. That would be lovely, and it

37
00:37:00,000 --> 00:37:08,000
would be quick. But if we just slap you there, it's gonna... You're going to be destabilized. You're not going to be able to hold it. So this is where I created the Entrainment series, which is s- a specific audio series with specific frequencies and non-audible subliminals to assist people in moving here, uh, as well as the Mastery Mapping technology. So we map their frequencies over a number of
sessions to move them. Now, your baseline signature frequency is also linked to your identity and who you believe yourself to be. And Cara, you'll see this, many people hold on for grim death to their identity and who they believe themselves to be and the story that they have told for their whole life. But if you think of an actor, when he gets given a role, he's not only given the script for a

38
00:38:00,000 --> 00:38:08,000
particular character, he's given the backstory of that character so he can play them really well, and he plays that character with that backstory for the duration of the filming. And then he discards that character, waits for the next role, and he takes on another character with another backstory. Sadly, I don't need to be clairvoyant. When people come to me and tell me their story, we can accurately
predict where they'll be in six months' time, one year's time, five years' time, if they're gonna hold onto that story. So I think the old paradigm of past, present, future is obsolete. It's about if this is the optimal timeline where you want to be, then it's future. Then what's the identity and backstory that's going to help you Get there. So it should be future, present, and then create a

39
00:39:00,000 --> 00:39:08,000
past that supports you now and will help you get there. So identity is what stabilizes your frequency. So again, during the... When I work with people on the mastery mapping technology, it's incrementally moving them towards this new, uh, identity and frequency. And what I want, and what I really encourage people, is to be sovereign and
to be fully empowered. I'm not here to be your guide for months and years. You have your own intelligence, your own wisdom. So it's to also get people to that stage where they're sovereign, they start to become embodied, and you only have to go a certain way, and this starts to meet you, and you become that person. So this is the beauty

40
00:40:00,000 --> 00:40:08,000
of shifting your frequency, where different things start to open up. It's time shifts and changes. Um, the people and situations that resonated with you in this playground no longer resonate with you. They just disappear. You'll see that new people, new opportunities, new conversations start opening you up to new possibilities. So you start stepping into that new way of being.
It's rather beautiful to, um, watch and support people going through that process, and I'm sure you've s- witnessed that yourself. Kara: Well, it is that what a beautiful explanation and opportunity for people. If there's anybody who's listening who is like, "Okay, wait, my-- taking the future and applying it to the present, and it's creating the past," it might be a little

41
00:41:00,000 --> 00:41:08,000
bit complicated. Are there-- Is, is there, like, a, a story, like a client experience that you can share that kind of highlights what you're, what you're explaining? Dr Carol Talbot: Yes, um, because when you're here, you cannot see the possibilities because you're in that frequency So it only opens so many doors. But when you go here, more doors open. And as I said, I, I've,
I've seen this. I'm, I'm very blessed. I, I work with people who are just noticing that their gifts are coming online, and it's so beautiful to witness people. Uh, one person, um, I'm thinking of in particular, who's nearing that time where she's going to retire from her, her work and is thinking of what she wants to bring forward and the gifts, and she's certainly done the work.

42
00:42:00,000 --> 00:42:08,000
But again, not quite sure what she was moving and stepping into. But as we've worked together, more doors and opportunities have opened such that she knows come December when, uh, she leaves her role, that new doors and new opportunities are already opening right now. So rather than feeling, "Oh, I'm losing my source of income," or, "I'm losing what my identity of what I've always done," she's already stepped into that new
identity. And this is where, you know, the multidimensional field scans give you a bigger picture. You know, most of us feel like... I've mentioned being in the darkroom, but most people feel like they're walking around in the dark, tripping over the same wires, bumping into the same furniture, you know, and this affects them financially, um, in relationships, in their career, and they can't see what they keep tripping over. So I

43
00:43:00,000 --> 00:43:08,000
always think the multidimensional field scans are like switching on the light and seeing the wires, what's tripping you up. Um, you know, whether it's karmic patterns, ancestral patterns. And sometimes just knowing the wires or seeing the layout of the land, the big satellite map, starts creating the shifts by themselves. It's like if you go to the top of the mountain, you see the view. You may never see the view again, but that
view is already in your field. It's... So it starts to activate something, um, because once seen, it's not forgotten. So this is why I find that people start reading the multidimensional field scans, and I have people who say, "You know, I've read it and I read it for about the fourth time, and when I was reading it for the fourth time, I had to go and lie down. I felt there was... I was getting dizzy. There was shifts." And that's

44
00:44:00,000 --> 00:44:08,000
new frequencies coming on board. A strong sign is people are often very tired. Um, so this is the beauty. And what I see is when people's gifts start to ignite more quickly is just beautiful. To sort of know. It, it's brings to mind the image of, you know, as a children, you know, we wanted to ride a bike, and, uh, we had stabilizers, and your mom or dad, you
know, was holding on, and then they let you go. And then next, the stabilizers come off, and you're just on two wheels, and off you go. Um, a little wobbly at first, but you're on your own then, and it's, it's beautiful to see the gifts that some of my clients are m- are manifesting. Um, there's one in particular, um, which I feel is, is so beautiful. He's able to,

45
00:45:00,000 --> 00:45:08,000
um, tap into babies and young children and know what they really need and what they're unable to articulate to their parents. You know, to fit in that gap between new parents and a new child and what the child is actually wanting to say and, you know, the... And we, we hear examples of children who remember their previous incarnations, and so he's able to interpret
that. I thought that was, it, it just blew my mind. I thought that was so special, um, and something really worth developing and much needed in the world. Kara: That is beautiful. Wow. So your work, you know, as you talked about frequency, you were bringing timelines into it. I wanna talk specifically about timelines because people t- people hear things about changing

46
00:46:00,000 --> 00:46:08,000
timelines, and they may just think of it as like a metaphor. Like, "Oh, you're gonna, um, you know, you're gonna embark on something new." But from your research, what can you tell us? Are, are timelines, is this a, real phenomenon or is it more of a metaphor? Dr Carol Talbot: Both is the quick answer to that. So I, I feel that there's some beautiful examples on certain series that have
explored, um, going into different time zones and things that, again, if I do watch television, it's usually to watch something that starts to tickle some of those possibilities. But again, I go back to if you're in this playground and operating from a specific frequency, it's stabilized by a specific identity and who you believe yourself to be, which then creates a certain trajectory.

47
00:47:00,000 --> 00:47:08,000
And so some people believe that's carved in stone I do not. I believe that we have the gift of when you shift frequency, you literally have more choices of which path and which direction you choose to take, and that really all we have is the now time, and that we can collapse probabilities and possibility. And of course, that's proven by quantum physics. So if we look at, um, a
famous experiment, and an easy one to understand would be Schrödinger's cat. Um, and by the way, if people say, "But I love cats," it was a thought experiment. I have six cats of my own, so killed in this experiment. But, um, it was a thought experiment that if you put a cat in a sealed box, a sealed container, with a little phial or tube of poison, if the tube breaks, the cat

48
00:48:00,000 --> 00:48:08,000
would die. If the tube remains intact, the cat will live. Now, if the cat's in a sealed, um, container, all probabilities exist. The cat can be alive or dead. And this goes also into the observer effect, what you choose to observe into being. So if you look in the, uh, container and the cat is alive but you don't tell, tell anyone, in your model of the world, the cat's alive. But in
everybody else's, it could be dead or alive. But if somebody else looks in and the cat's dead but doesn't tell anybody, in their model of the world, it's dead. But in everybody else's, except mine, it's alive. And in everybody else's, it's dead or alive. So you collapse probabilities and possibilities through how you choose to perceive and observe the world. So again, consciousness, DNA, it

49
00:49:00,000 --> 00:49:08,000
all impacts how we perceive the world, and we've been conditioned and programmed to perceive the world in a specific way. Um, uh, you know, many... Again, when you think of your schooling, your upbringing, you know, we were thought perc- to perceive things as what's wrong, a lack of, um, rather than what's fantastic about the world, what's great about the world. So, and here's the other
thing, Cara, we can't really prove anything exists outside of ourselves because our whole existence is based on our nervous system and our five senses. So you can't prove anything exists outside of yourself. Is it a holographic reality that we live in? But again, in terms of timelines, we can choose to collapse- Certain timelines and possibilities by how we choose to observe the world,

50
00:50:00,000 --> 00:50:08,000
um, that, you know, a lack of uncertain things are not what I choose to see in the world, but I choose to see possibility and potential. So that would be a more palatable way for many people to understand shifting timelines. But timelines are linked to frequency and stabilizing identity, and if you're stuck in a certain identity, then your
trajectory is pretty much set. Change your frequency and your identity, the more doors and more possibilities open up for you. Kara: Beautiful. So is there any low-hanging fruit that you can leave with listeners today if they're not ready to go on a, dark room, you know, a retreat or some of those things that you've said, you. know, you, you

51
00:51:00,000 --> 00:51:08,000
really need to have a, facilitator or a guide to help you with? Is there something that comes to mind in terms of like small things that might help them on their way to big change? Dr Carol Talbot: Yes, um, it would be ask yourself, can you hold one coherent thought for, say, 10 seconds or 15 seconds? A positive thought. And if you experiment with that and find that your m- focus becomes
fragmented, other thoughts enter, or your mind wanders, it shows you what signal you're already emitting into the outside world. So the first step is to come back to coherence, to calm your nervous system down, um, to calm your thoughts and your emotions, and that's the, almost the antithesis to what we want to do because most people are like, "Carol, tell me what to do, what action

52
00:52:00,000 --> 00:52:08,000
I need to take." Because, again, we've been programmed and conditioned to do more, that there's something I need to fix, and actually, it's about coming into stillness, silence, stasis, solitude, and being comfortable with that. And most people are kind of like, gosh, after 10 minutes of stillness and silence, clawing the wall, it's like,
"What do I do? What do I do? What do I do?" And f- and this was very much my busy mind syndrome before, and people used to say, "You have such a busy mind." And I used to think, "Well, does nobody else do anything up there?" Focus. And bringing yourself into alignment. Breath is a beautiful way to do that. Being in nature, sun gazing,

53
00:53:00,000 --> 00:53:08,000
grounding, feeling the earth beneath your feet, looking and becoming aware of the patterns and programs you're operating from. So look at your existing playground. Is it filled with trauma, people, or experiences that you're not happy with? Then maybe it's time to get the sort of satellite view or start to say, "Hey, this doesn't
work for me anymore. Let me again change my focus, change my energy." So to me, the first step is always coherence because coherence is a internal alignment. Resonance is your, um, relationship with the outside world. It's when you shout out your name in a cave. It's you hear your voice instantly. But if the resonant echo, i.e. your

54
00:54:00,000 --> 00:54:08,000
outside life, is filled with trauma, events, bad experiences, or dis-ease, then you have to look at your own level of coherence because that's the signal that you're sending out. So it's upgrading your signal. So those are simple just things that you can do. See if you can hold one simple thought, a positive thought for 10 to 15 seconds. If not, it's time to explore coherence and calm down your nervous system. Kara:
I love it. beautiful. Well, Dr. Carol, thank you so much for being here. I've loved this discussion. Please tell people how they can find out more about you and learn about the multidimensional field scan. Dr Carol Talbot: Okay, it's very simple. Just go to my website, which is multi-dimensionalintelligence.com. There's, um, a free four-day multidimensional field awareness course. You can also do a little diagnostic

55
00:55:00,000 --> 00:55:08,000
to see where your signal is right now, if it's scattered, if it's fragmented, um, explore the entrainment series to help you get back into alignment, um, or just explore some of the other tools and techniques, or connect with me and my book. Kara: Beautiful. Thank you so much. What a blessing to be with you Dr Carol Talbot: Thank you, Kara, for this beautiful conversation. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for joining
