happen, so there is that conjunction, too, with the sun, like you're saying, that we can even track in the physical world Marilyn Gewacke: listen, uh, these winds are coming in may not be felt, and as Azar goes, humans often need a physical reminder of what's happening, so we get physical weather winds, we get the solar winds coming in. a, there's a kindness that's oozing out of people. your bo- physical body is going through all these changes, too, because of all the light coming in from this center, but also because our DNA and our actual physical material is changing. So a couple of nights ago, I was, uh, not sleeping when I wanted to be sleeping and, uh, you know, it's summertime and it's hot and d- different changes happening within the body. And, but I was really trying to get myself back to sleep, and I started feeling my energy just as a byproduct of trying to get back to sleep. I mean, it wasn't like I was like, "Okay,
well, I don't have anything else to do, so let me try to feel my energy." And, but it's... I just tapped into it, and it was moving from the top of my head down to my feet over and over and over again very quickly. And I started to perceive that it was light, but it was like this light that I don't even know how to describe it because there was almost like there was an endpoint, and it would run down my body to my feet and then start again. explain this, but I, in, over to my right side, I noticed a really very tall, slender being with long hair. And I was like... But I noticed it backwards. The way that I noticed it, it was like it happened, and I didn't

you remembered you saw, is a great example, a teaching, People are having like this all the time in their higher state of mind or the higher consciousness, but there isn't a corridor, of it this way, that moves into the human mind causes the human consciousness to be aware, either heart conscious or mind conscious

or body conscious. so what happens, people are having these experiences, other people are having them in the night, but can't remember them. This is very important for people to understand because many times there is so much happening in people's dream life now, so much happening, they aren't remembering. Just like Marilyn remembered more, more and more of her time as a child on a craft. Memories are coming now to many, many people. Things happen in the night. Nighttime is a- an interesting time for humans because some of their consciousness is resting,

enough to say, "What is my energy doing?" You were aware, and your energy, really it's your-- what your vibrational body, mind, heart, soul, what's my vibrational experience going on right now? The fact that you are able to ask that. So if people can't sleep, if things are going on, it's really, really good for people to say, "Well, what is going on energetically?" So they become more familiar of the energetic

But- What you did is went to the energy,
and then you were able to feel the vibrations that were coming in. They were already coming in, which is why you couldn't sleep, which in fact good you couldn't sleep because you had this incredible peak experience, and I want you to look back at it as a peak experience. You couldn't sleep. You asked the question that was so right on, "What is my energetic being up to?" You begin to feel the swirls of light. Now-
