Recognize that you are consistently creating your reality. If you don’t like your creation, realize that it is YOU who has the power to change it. It may feel that you are always on the receiving end of things you can’t control, but your reality is a reflection of your vibration. What you are putting out into the world is what is being reflected back to you. All of the choices you make moment-to-moment affect your vibration and thus your reality creation.
