She Channeled Beings of Light & Saw Her Dragon Past Life - Debbi Dachinger

Experiences once dismissed as impossible are more and more becoming invitations to expand our understanding of who we are, during this time of mass awakening.

In episode 621 of Soul Elevation, I got to speak with Debbi Dachinger, a journalist, shamanic energy healer, channel, and longtime explorer of extraterrestrial and multidimensional experiences. What makes Debbi's story particularly fascinating to me is that she wasn't always a believer in extraterrestrials. In fact, she admits that she used to roll her eyes at people who talked about UFOs and ETs. Then she had her own series of experiences that ultimately led her into shamanism, galactic exploration, healing, and a deeper understanding of her own multidimensional identity.

Our conversation dives deeply into ET contact and spiritual awakening, shamanic wisdom, galactic lineage, dragons, Indigenous perspectives, the Great Awakening, and what it might mean to remember that we are both Earth beings and cosmic beings.

Debbi says she's always been deeply spiritual and interested in personal growth. But extraterrestrial experiences were definitely not part of her worldview. Then she underwent a transformative period involving ayahuasca in Costa Rica. During those experiences, she began receiving a profound message from what she describes as the Divine. She was told that she was a shaman, a healer, and a priestess. At first, she resisted the idea because it didn't fit with how she understood herself.

Later hypnosis regression and healing sessions showed  memories of multiple lifetimes as a shaman and priestess. In one particularly powerful experience, she encountered an aspect of herself who appeared as a Mayan priestess living in a pyramid. This being communicated that she was not from Earth, but from another galaxy.

This became a major turning point for Debbi; she began to question everything she had previously believed about extraterrestrials, consciousness, time, and identity. She started to understand existence as multidimensional, with what we perceive as past, present, and future all occurring simultaneously.

When Shamanism Meets ET Contact

When I think about shamanism and ET contact, on the surface they can seem completely different. ETs are often associated with the cosmos, spacecraft, and other planets, while shamanism is deeply rooted in the Earth, nature, ceremony, and ancient wisdom. Debbi shared the profound connection between them.

Her own shamanic work eventually became intertwined with her experiences of galactic beings. She describes her healing work as supported by both a lineage of shamans and specific galactic beings. She also shared the shamanic concept of becoming a "hollow bone": getting one's personality and ego out of the way so that healing and information can move through rather than being imposed by the practitioner. This speaks to a larger spiritual principle that we aren't trying to force an outcome, but want to become receptive enough to allow something greater to move through us.

It's easy, particularly for people who identify as starseeds or feel a strong connection to galactic origins, to become so fascinated with where we may have come from that we forget why we are here on Earth, in human bodies. Debbi spoke beautifully about the wisdom of Indigenous cultures and their understanding that everything is alive and interconnected.

We aren't here on planet Earth accidentally. She is our sustenance, our home, and an important part of our spiritual experience.

Debbi shares the simple practice of spending time on the grass, allowing yourself to feel rooted in the Earth, breathing with her, and developing a relationship with nature over time.

Lyrans, Galactic Lineage and Multidimensional Experiences

Debbi described ongoing connections with various extraterrestrial and multidimensional beings. One of her strongest connections is with the Lyrans, which are lion-like beings. She also feels a profound connection with dragons.

She shared experiences involving UFOs, CE5 contact, unusual photographic images, nighttime encounters, and experiences of being taken into other lifetimes or dimensions during sleep. She also receives information about her galactic lineage through other people who channel or work intuitively. She shares that her self discovery is a never ending journey, rather than something that is finite and has all been fully discovered.

Dragons

Dragons are much more than mythical creatures or cartoon characters. Debbi describes them as beings connected with ancient lineages and says that they are becoming increasingly present in human consciousness as awakening accelerates. She shared a powerful QHHT experience in which she experienced herself as an enormous green dragon. She described flying over mountains, connecting with humans below, entering water, and experiencing a profound sense of freedom and joy.

We also talked about the increasing conversation around UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence, and government disclosure. Debbi's perspective is that official disclosure is only one part of a much larger process. She believes that the people who have had experiences and are willing to speak openly about them are also part of disclosure. But it's also the willingness of ordinary people to ask questions.

She shared a beautiful example of a woman she recently met who, despite appearing to be someone who might not be interested in extraterrestrial topics, began asking her thoughtful questions about what was happening with government disclosure. This is evidence that the conversation is moving into the mainstream. People who used to not take notice of the topics of UFOs and ETs are noticing and asking questions.

Debbi acknowledged that looking at the world can sometimes feel overwhelming. There is so much conflict, suffering, environmental destruction, and division. But she asks listeners to consider if we are here during this particular moment for a reason. Not everyone has the same role. Some people may be here to heal. Others may work with the Earth, grow food, restore forests, develop new forms of energy, create art, raise children, build communities, or simply bring more consciousness into their everyday lives.

We don't all have to have the same mission. We just have to discover what is ours. And it's important to avoid becoming so consumed by everything happening in the world that we forget why we came here in the first place.

Trust the Yes

She talked about the difference between our primary desire and all of the "secondaries" that seem to get in the way. We might receive an inner yes about something we want to pursue, but then immediately start asking:

How will I find the time?

How will I afford it?

How will I make it work?

What about everything else I have to do?

Those questions can become obstacles between us and what we genuinely feel called toward.

Her invitation: trust the yes and let go of the how.

That doesn't mean ignoring practical responsibilities; it means not allowing the practical details to automatically override the deeper knowing within us. Sometimes the path becomes visible only after we take the first step. And sometimes the greatest spiritual awakening begins with something as simple as being willing to say yes to an experience we don't yet understand.
