Neutrality

Neutrality and acceptance are two key components to spiritual growth. This can be especially difficult in times like these! We really get the opportunity to practice neutrality when we live in a society of huge division and judgment! Give your brothers and sisters the benefit of the doubt, and if you are in a cycle of self-persecution recognize that destructive habit and honor yourself with care, tenderness, compassion, love, and forgiveness.
