494. Embody Your Light with Helen Ye Plehn, Author of Aura Color Wheel

We had an amazing episode. I think we recorded it kind of like. In the early spring or in the, um, late spring. Yes. And then it came out kind of in the summer, I think in July because you had your book, the Aura Color Wheel come out, the Hay House published book, which is always a big, that's a big deal in, uh, you guys may not, if you're watching you, you may not know like that.

A lot of the books that you read are Hay House published. Um, and so. Helen is just an amazing teacher and artist and, uh, and, and [00:01:00] psychic, and we had a great time. She talked about the co, the Aura color wheel. She did an impromptu reading on me. We hadn't met before and she was dead on. Um, I've been loving her book and I'm just really delighted to have this opportunity so that we can go a little bit.

Further and talk about the aura color wheel. Again, I'm gonna try to, if you are watching this live. Give an introduction 'cause I really didn't introduce you properly. And you actually came from a scientific background. I remember from the first time that we talked, and so.

It's really interesting, the balance between the two and, and how you have, um, really kind of jumped into your right brain and gone deep into that, um, because your life was on a very different trajectory there for a while, so. So welcome. Thank you so [00:05:00] much for being here again, and let's start with the aura color wheel, and let's just talk about what is the aura, color, color wheel, and one's sole aura color.

Yes, definitely. Well, thank you so much for that great introduction. Thank you. And first of all, I wanna share my gratitude, uh, for you to host a soul for me today, and especially during, uh, four Equinox. And it's funny when you mentioned, we recorded our first episode, I think right after Mayday, because I still remember that it was like May, it was mayday.

And then we air it around summer Equinox and then in four Equinox we met, we meet again. I'm like, love. Okay, what divine synchronicities are there. Yes. Um. Yeah, today is the four Equinox, so it's great to actually share gratitude. Um, so I definitely would like to share my [00:06:00] gratitude for you to host me here, live on your, uh, podcast.

Um, and it's just really in enlightenment. You know, the Soul Elevation podcast that you host, it's about literally awaiting your soul, right? And that's really, uh, resonating with the aura, kind of will. So the, the book, um, it's basically talks about what your, once you identify your soul or color through a 20 question quiz that I channel, so that once you identify it, you'll know what is your soul give archetype.

So basically like what your soul gifts are and what you are here to be off service. Like for example, I figure out, you know, my strength is actually to synthesize. All the spiritual wisdom and get the essentials out of it, you know, that's one of my. Soul gives, and that's why people call me the spiritual jack of all trades, as you mentioned, so many different modalities, but [00:07:00] I kind of synthesize it in a way that it's, I nail your soul's purpose, right?

And the second, uh, piece of information you can get out of your soul or color. Is your soul wound. So what? You are here to heal. As long as we are on the human plane incarnated with the human body, we have something that we haven't healed from our past lives. That's why we are here. You know that's another assignment.

We are here to share our gifts to be. Of service in exchange for fulfillment and abundance. At the same time, we are here to heal our wound and also learn our lessons. So that's the third piece of information that you will get out of your soul aura color. So it's actually rather intuitive 'cause um, your soul aura, color is basically the energy, the electromagnetic field.

You know, around you and, and particularly it's around your heart chakra because your mood aura, that can change all the time that's around your face. Whether you are [00:08:00] happy, upset, you know, um, angry or, or, uh, joyful, you know, you can sew it immediately in your face, right? Look at her, you know, her face is turning red or she's turning Greek.

People can intuitively pick it up, but your, that's all that's changing all the time. And your personality aura is above your head. And that's semi-permanent. And that tells me whether you are outgoing, introvert, intuitive, or analytical. Right? So that's like around your head. And the last piece of that's, uh, you know, that's semi-permanent, but the most permanent of the three auras is your soul aura.

Because that only changes when you learn, uh, incorporate a soul lesson. You know, you, you are already integrating that or you heal a soul wound or you are manifest, manifested something, uh, from sharing your gift. And that way you can kind of like, I call it choose your own adventure game. You evolve into a different soul.

Give [00:09:00] archetypes until your soul. What is enlightenment? Enlightenment is literally, you embody all seven aura layers of light. You become white, so your aura is mainly white or golden, just like Jesus Christ and Buddha. Walk the human path. Achieve enlightenment is literally embodying their light and they become hefty white halo or the golden halo around them so that they can shapeshift into any soul, give archetypes simultaneously at the same time.

So, um. That's pretty much what the aura color rule does. It's like a soul evolution blueprint. You can kind of understand, okay, my soul is currently here. Now if I consciously heal this layer of wound or learn this soul lesson, what am I going to be the next, next round? Or, um, maybe I will have multiple, so give archetypes, uh, right now because the more so give archetype you hold, the faster you manifest.

[00:10:00] A, a reality like intention to 3D reality. So that means your light caution has gone up. So you, you are holding your light body, you know, holding more and more light. That's the process of enlightenment. So that's, uh, a summary of what this book is about. You can self, uh, diagnose, you know, which oral layer is out of balance, and then what holistic medicine or spiritual practices that you can use to either balance or return it or, or heal or strengthen a particular oral layer.

I love it. So you, you mentioned something what, well, for one thing, what was super fun, and I would be curious if anybody listening experienced this as well, but I was thinking of questions like that. I, as you would say something, I would be like, oh, okay, I wanna know more about this. And then you'd start talking about it.

Yes. So talk about being, you know, how aligned and how like you just kind of manifest in the moment and like [00:11:00] tap in even. As you know, the more aligned we are, the more connected we are in recognizing that connection. So I just, I just love that and I like to share that when things like that happen and, and I suspect maybe other people were like, Ooh, I wish I knew more.

And then you came back to it, or. I went deeper into it. Um, something that you touched about was the evolution that happens as we, um, as we go through life, we are all evolving our souls. Some of, some people more rapidly than others. You know, I think that there are a lot of people who aren't, uh, who maybe are just kind of going slower because they, they don't maybe.

They're not tuned into that option to keep mm-hmm. Yes. Growing or, or whatever their path might be. But I think the people who would be listening to something like this, you know, they're actively working on and curious about their soul evolution. You talked about how they, we can like evolve our purpose and so we may have one [00:12:00] archetype and we may move into another archetype.

Is that something that you perceive? In the moment, like, can you see where somebody is headed or is it like through continued interactions? Does that question make sense? Yes, totally. Okay. I know exactly what you're trying to get. Um, yes. Um, well through, you know, meditation and introspection and, you know, reading the book, getting, understanding the system.

Actually one can, if you have your self-awareness raise up or self-consciousness in at a certain level, you can even feel it yourself, right? Mm-hmm. So that, that's what the book is trying to teach you, how to self-diagnose and self understand. But from a psychic standpoint, when I turn into the field, if you want to ask is what I see, um, a person's.

So aura is, um, having a spectrum of aura, colors. So like, um. For example, someone has turquoise [00:13:00] or a co soul or a color born, right? Right now it's this so particular soul give archetype. But then if I can see it kind of blending more blue and I can tell, okay, so this person also shifting into a teacher soul, give archetype because blue is one of the soul or a color of a teacher.

So it's like it's a multiple color. So it almost like. I don't wanna say there is an angle there, is there, it's just a journey to be honest. You know, however much we evolve into the next less incarnation, we do it, you know, we, we start from that point. Okay, so there is like a, there isn't an angle, but like, but like put it out there is that enlightenment.

The angle is actually, you have all seven oral layers. What that means is that you become white, you little, like if, if somebody. Walk this path real, real deep and, and then, um, you know, I can see more and more white literally adding [00:14:00] into the soul aura color. So, um, for example, like I, I personally blend a few right now.

So besides the tangerine, that's the color that I, I was born into. Uh, I also see a little bit of j or color that. Like a little bit of a healer and entrepreneur, you know, nine green. I also see, so I see myself have a little bit more green because it's very apparent if you, you are born with orange. All of a sudden you see green, you know that you are shape shifting.

Uh, so if you are able to tune in, you know, to to see or perceive your aura color, you'll see more other, uh, colors are acting to your current aura layer. Now, I wanna point out there, if you are Aura reader, a lot of a reader, you know, that, um, auras are not a static color, it's not a coloring. Even though, you know the book used one.

One name so that it doesn't get you confused, but even want inside of one soul, give archetype. You [00:15:00] have two oral layer that are strong. You know, not just one, but it's easier to identify so it doesn't get you confused that I use one name for the oral color. That's your majority, but however, it's like a spectrum of color.

Like think about water repos on the lake, even though you think maybe it's green, but it has maybe repos of turquoise. Repos of blue as well, repos of a little bit of yellow. So it's more like, like how I see, I would describe it, it's like a repo or a spectrum of color, but, um, they are. You can still differentiate majority of the color what, what that is.

So if you get what I mean, like, so if you can see it or perceive it psychically, that's how it looks. But if you cannot, um, how you do it is like, uh, through a lot of, I have like meditation and journal props on chapter 13 that helps you to identify, you feel like I'm transitioning [00:16:00] because look in, in the previous reading.

That that mentions that this is my soul wound, or this is my soul lesson. I really feel it. Right? But right now, that particular pattern doesn't bothers me anymore. This particular ancestral problem, it used to trigger me like hell. But right now, even when I talk to my mom, I don't know, like family member, it doesn't seem to trigger me anymore.

It seems like that particular symptom is gone. Then it's a good time to retake your so aura color quiz and see if your so or color has changed. Um, because like if a particular, uh, oral layer that meet our attention is either manifested in physical. Emotional, mental, or spiritual symptoms. So if you cannot tune in it, you can easily say that, oh my gosh, I have that stomach pain again.

You know, it might be that. It might be that solo process chakra. Issue physic manifested physically, or I just [00:17:00] feel like I'm not motivated. I'm not motivated. I, I don't have like the self empowerment anymore. It can be that mental or emotional, right? I, I feel anger all the time. I feel frustration all the time.

That's a emotional symptom of that. And then spiritually. I feel like, you know, my energy is leaking, so like, leak, like my, there was some core, you, you, you are plucking other places so you can use these tools that I talk about. You know, in chapter two, every single our layer, you almost like a checklist. Do I have this physical symptom?

Do I have this emotional, uh, mental or spiritual symptom? Then you kind of know, and once you, you are heal or integrated for a period of time, you'll notice the symptom is gone. Like, um, you know, that particular thing that used to bother you is gone, and then you feel like a renewal, renew self on another version of you, and that's the time that you, you need to check, you [00:18:00] know?

Um. Just, just you, you want, you know, through the book, through the system, or psychically. I also talk about how to develop your psychic abilities and connect with your spirit team as well in the book. Yes. Yes. It's so, so beautiful. Is there anything else that you wanna share in terms of the importance of knowing the soul or a color?

You've talked about a lot of the opportunities that come through in terms of, I mean, who, who isn't interested in their own self discovery, their own in, in tapping into who they are as a soul, understanding their lives from the soul perspective. I mean, for me. You're speaking my language, like this is so worthwhile.

Right. Um, is, is there anything else that you wanna share about the importance? Oh, yes. Yes. Um, so. Like from a 3D perspective. I know a lot of people said that, oh, you know, this sounds too rude. Like, I, I work, it's a lot of hard work, you know, to work on my soul. And what does it mean, [00:19:00] you know, does it mean money, success, love, and, you know, they, they ask about all the 3D stuff.

What does it in it for me, right? Then I, I can tell you this is literally unlocked secret box for all healing and manifestation because at a soul level, you are light energy. Okay, so there are two ways you can think about this. What's the benefit? First, as I mentioned before, your manifestation becomes easy and effortless.

It's literally a flow state because you are really in alignment with your soul's purpose. You know, knowing your soul give, eliminate a lot of imposter syndrome. You know, a lot of artists has a hard time calling themself an artist because they thought they are going to starve. Which is like not true, right?

So I already beat that imposter syndrome and run the six figure business just doing art. That was like my previous profession. It's like you, but you have to fully embody it. You cannot have [00:20:00] that fear like, am I good enough to call myself this? Am I good enough to have that right? You have to, to get rid of that.

And then when I am like in alignment, when I know that I need to channel this book, one of the example is that I literally got the contract from from Hay House Publishing without any book agent, without the 3D will be like, oh, I'm gonna write a book now I need to find a book agent. Now I need to list out 10 potential publishers.

Now I'm going to do this. Nothing like that because like once I channel the system, I just receive an email from Hay House in my inbox saying that, Hey, we have a writer's community. You can submit your book proposal for a competition. It's a sign like I already, I already know, like before I submit, not from my ego standpoint, I already know that I'm going to get that contract because I never signed up that email address.

Look, so it, it manifested. So easy. And they're the number one new age spirituality, you know, publishers, so who, who, [00:21:00] who of course I didn't know at the time, but you just have to follow it. But how do you get these downloads, these synchronicities, the right people and the right things coming into your life?

It's because you're working in your light. And I always choose what is in enlightenment with my soul. Like, I will take action, but like step by step, you know. Follow that guidance. So that's one. You know, like you manifested the right people, the right opportunity at the right time. You just so up at a particular event at the right time and just, just like that, you know, so, so that life flows easily and effortlessly.

That's from, from a manifestation standpoint. Now, from a healing standpoint. If you have already stuck in a, uh, toxic relationship or in a, in a long-term physical illness even. Um, I have, uh, a few students came into me actually, um, in the flowing of vulnerable course has first stage pancreatic cancer and also breast cancer due to, that's an extreme physical [00:22:00] form of manifestation into solo process chakra and heart chakra deficiency.

Right? That, that's like the extreme form, however. Through connecting with the DI Divine because our oral layers are like onions, peels of onions. Physical body is the inner most layer, right? And outside is the crown chakra. That's the US to turn out with Di Divine. If we work spiritually, you know, to pull this energy in, you know, uh, and heal our limiting beliefs because our physical, um, body is by the emotional body and the mental body.

Alright, so if we have this. Write all the limiting beliefs and feel the elevated emotion because that emotion will follow. If you have this good thought, just like your gratitude, you feel loved, and then your body feels it, it penetrates with different oral layers. Like a year afterwards, they, they, uh, do the scan again.

Now they're both [00:23:00] cancer free. So that's an other, like, if you want like what's in it for me? It's either both from healing from the outside in, you pull the universal energy to heal your body. It's already easy. Already inside your DNA you are one with the divine. There was no separation and the other way out.

It's, it's like you are so in alignment with who you are here to be. You just remember, you know all your gifts and you telling the universe, Hey, I'm ready. I'm super in alignment. I'm ready. You, you, you're sending this signal out to the universe. And the universe will co-create. They'll make up the situation that's beneficial for you to manifest what you desire.

That's like, to me, this is awesome because it makes my life such simpler. I have no more anxiety and depression. You know, like this is like the, that's why I'm like, this is goal. Yeah, you, you just focus on working on your souls light and once you burning bright. All the stuff is going to [00:24:00] come to you. All the good things.

You know, the love, the, the healing, the abundance, uh, the success, the opportunity, and we all seeking that. And if you want that, this is the way to do it. I love it. And one of the things I love so much about what you're talking about is that I think it can be human nature to compartmentalize, right? And to be like, okay, well.

I'm not, I, I remember the first time a healer asked me if I, um, if I wanted a healing session. And I was like, oh, well I'm not sick. Like, should I, is it okay to do this if I'm not sick? You know, or should I wait until I have an illness or something? And she kind of laughed. But, you know, we, it's like. She was trying to explain to me, this was years and years ago, that we are multi-level, multifaceted and healing happens in, in so many levels.

So the physical is just one aspect, but it really, what you talk about is so important to highlight, which is that [00:25:00] alignment that, that soul alignment, that spiritual alignment. When we're living from this place, then all of those other aspects that are like fractal, uh, reflections of that connection. You know it, yes.

It's, it's like our health. And our mental wellbeing and our creativity and our success and our relationships and all of these things are just like mirrors of one thing, which is us. And it makes me think that, um, I just got back from New Mexico actually. I was just there for a few days and I, I had. I was like, I wanna take a book with me.

And I didn't know what book I wanted. And so I just, I was like, oh, I just listened to something of Greg Braden's. And I was like, I've never read one of his books. Never really, I mean, he's been on my radar, but I haven't dived in. But I always love what I see of his stuff. And I was like, I think, I think [00:26:00] I'm gonna read one of his books and he is written a lot of books and so I go on Amazon and nobody's recommended one.

And I don't, you know, to me specifically. So I'm just looking. I'm like, oh, the divine Matrix. That sounds good. So I, I'm at the pool in New Mexico and I start reading my book and I read the foreword that he, or whatever it was, the intro that he had written and he had signed and dated it at the end from Santa Fe, New Mexico.

So he was exactly where I was. I had no idea that he lived in New Mexico. I got the. The impression as I was reading this book, I was like, oh, I think he lives here. But of all places, not just the state, but the city, the little city, the town. Maybe it's better to say the town. Um, but also then I keep reading it and I'm like, oh my God.

He's described like exactly where he was describing this encounter he had with this Native American who became his friend. Is in this valley and he is describing the [00:27:00] valley and what's in this valley. I am like, oh my God. I was like, we, we just got back from there. Like I was at the pool relaxing after the trip that we had taken to that exact valley.

Looking at the exact artifacts that he was describing of these civilization, like the civilization that just vanished and what they left behind and the petroglyphs on the wall, and I was like. Holy moly, like what is happening? Because it was just. You know, from my little perspective, heads down, you know, it's just like, oh, I, maybe I wanna read a great Greg ba Braden book, and which one do I choose?

And it's this one. When should I read it? And, you know, and it all kind of comes together. And it so that to me, even though that's just a small example, I, I didn't like cure my cancer, for example, like the, the things that you're talking about. But that's just like another way that we can see like that alignment and how.

The outer starts to [00:28:00] reflect something that magical and it Yes. Yes. Ah-huh. You are working example of it, trusting your intuition, following its guidance. Just take the action. You know, you don't know what that means, but you just wanna pick up a book that's small, little, little guidance and will lead you to like, wow.

Aha. You. Oh. It's like a revelation of, oh, this is what it is, right? So that's exactly what you know, an alignment is. Um. And, um, talking about, uh, grad, uh, grad Brandon. So, so funny you mentioned that Of course, I also of, I, yeah. Divine synchronicity, isn't it? Um, because, uh, he's one of the founding teachers on, uh, a nonprofit organization called Humanities Team to, you know, spread light work to, to more people, you know, to the underprivileged villages.

Oh. And I actually just joined humanities team and put my course on [00:29:00] there, on their platform. So when you, when you mentioned that, I'm like, okay. So he, he was one of the founding teachers to basically to share the light work. And my, uh, radiant Aura Activation course is now actually on the platform. So it's a pro similar to Gaia tv, but it's nonprofit, so they charge very minimum.

So basically the, the goal is to get to as many people as possible. Um, so I'm like, I just really, um, agree with their mission. So once I get the invitation. See that's how you, it's also a flow, you know, I got an invitation. I'm like, okay, alright, let's go. Mm-hmm. And then you mentioned him then I remember.

Yeah. That's how I connected, uh, with him on, on the internet. But anyways, I love that. Yeah. So it's just That's amazing. Another synchronicity. Yes. Yes. It just keeps blossoming. I love it so much. So, so who is the Soul Color Wheel system for. Is there a [00:30:00] specific person that you have in mind when you, when you wrote the book and, and when you speak about these things?

Yeah, so, um, I, to be honest, it's, it's a, uh, menu, so evolution menu that I wish I had. You know, like when I, uh, 14 years ago when I had anxiety and depression, when I was visiting my er, er visit for panic attacks, I really, you went to the er. Yes. Oh, wow. Was a panic attack. That was my wake up call in 2011, like I wasn.

Okay. I didn't remember that. Why? Yeah, that's, that's wasn't what my soul is in enlightenment to do. That's why I'm like, okay. So I really, really want to, you know, figure out who am I? Why am I here? How can I be happy? So if you are someone who's seeking. The answers of those three questions. Mm-hmm. As well as getting stuck in your, you know, current situation.

Kind of like hamster wheel, like how can I [00:31:00] get out of here to fully embody my soul's purpose, as well as those who are a, a little bit more advanced practitioners who wants to hone and trust your intuition, psychic ability, development, and connecting with your spirit team. I think those, this book is for all those three types of audience.

If you are lost, un fulfilled, really want to know who you are at a soul level, you know, how can you be happy as well as. Getting stuck. You're feeling getting stuck or you want to connect with that divine spirit, the team you know, that you are born with. So those are all good for all the audiences.
