514. How Do We Get Out of this Mess? Who Can Save Us? | The State of Humanity and the Path of Ascension

Kara Goodwin: Hello and welcome to Soul Elevation Guiding Your Ascension to New Heights. I'm your host, Kara Goodwin. Today is Friday, November 7th, and I wanna talk about the, the state of. Humanity, the state of the world. I live in America and I know that for me it seems that things are changing very fast. And even though I'm focused on a spiritual perspective, I am really trying to zero in.

Like that's kind of how I notice the things around me, but it really seems that things are in a va, a very rapid decline. If you ask me if you're looking at things on the surface, there are a lot of ways that [00:01:00] we can become worried about the state of the world. I get a lot of people who email me and they're worried about some of the, the things that are happening, and also about future predictions that come in that have a lot of doomsday.

Um, scenarios and warnings. A lot of whistleblowers coming forth and saying that there are some really difficult times ahead. And I even talk to people who I really respect and who have been in the field of consciousness for a long time, who understand things from a consciousness perspective, who are also expressing worry or, um.

Feel that they're seeing things, seeing indications of, of trouble, of a, a, a difficult road ahead. [00:02:00] And so that, you know, I, I also see that consciousness is rising and that we are in an ascension process. And that it, there is a natural fallout of that, if you wanna think of it that way there's a, in order for the new to come in that the old can crumble and there might be that time a little bit in between what was and what is coming and something better.

And, um. More beneficial for humanity and that there might be a time in between those two things. But you know, I've noticed within myself that it's easy to start to feel [00:03:00] hopeless, that it's easy to feel that the deck is stacked against us, and that things will continue to be in a decline. And so I wanted to let that be the topic for today because.

Like I say, I can feel that within myself, and I do have tools to help me to really zero in on a higher truth, and I wanna share those with you because it's up to all of us to take control of our creation, to the great, to the the highest ability that we have. If this isn't the first time that you're hearing me talk, you may have heard me talk before about our consciousness.

We are consciousness and the power of our consciousness to create our reality is absolutely real, but it really takes us coming into the fullness and [00:04:00] the power of who we are. And so this content in particular, what you're watching right now is really designed or will appeal more to people who are in the later stages of ego release.

Now, when I talk about ego release. I mean, I don't mean that we completely renounce the ego or that we kill the ego. The ego still has a place. I believe in our spiritual evolution, in our spiritual work. The ego is the way that we, uh, move through this world. It is kind of the driver behind the actions that we take from what I can gather, when we completely denounce the ego.

You know, we kind of, I, I guess there is sort of a transcendence where you have a completely spiritual perspective and you're [00:05:00] still in the physical body, but there's not really that drive because you're so much in a different realm or in other realms. You're not really like boots on the ground so much here anymore.

So I, I think that there still is a place for the ego. But when we're in those earlier stages where the ego's driving everything, then our lives have a very egoic approach and we very much are wanting to utilize, um. If, if we come across like, well, how, how do we, how are we empowered to create a reality, for example, and we look at that from an ego perspective, then we, you know, from a, a kind of less evolved perspective, then it's, okay, well how can I take all the power?

How can I accumulate all my wealth? How can I make safety for myself? And that's not really [00:06:00] who is going to be. Um, able to receive this message in the highest way. When we are seeing that we are part of a whole, when we see that we are here boots on the ground for a purpose to help, to assist, we, yes, we are here as souls to have our own experience and our own growth, but the people that I'm really talking to feel a deeper call than that.

In addition to that, in addition to their own evolution, their own experience, their own soul growth, they also understand that they have a role to play in the bigger picture. And so if that sounds like you, please keep listening and otherwise, I, I trust that you will just not be interested in this content anyway, and that's perfectly fine.

But for those who are here to [00:07:00] help at the bigger level, you may not be making videos, you may not be writing books. You may not have any sort of service that you feel that you're interacting with people, and that doesn't really matter for what I'm gonna talk about. Because the way that we all assist is by coming into the fullness of who we are as eternal beings.

Being able to tap into our ability to pull forth the highest timeline, to be on the highest timeline, and that can feel very personal for me. That is coming into. A meditative state. Sometimes it's just when I'm going for a walk, I don't have to necessarily be in meditation, but it's using the energy and focus that I've cultivated over the years through my [00:08:00] meditation practice.

It's using my choice, my will, my my again, my focus, and it is calling forth that we are free. And to me, freedom and sovereignty is critical. It's a critical component of our spiritual development, our ability to stand in the fullness of who we are and to express ourselves in this human form, to express who we are without.

Being censored without being, um, you know, uh, restricted is critical to be able to [00:09:00] express ourselves as the eternal divine energy that we are. That is a critical component of, of. Divine creativity of, of divine order and divine law, and everything from there kind of falls into place. So to me, the kind of core fundamental cornerstone is that we are free.

And so for me. Taking the time regularly to use my energy and my focus and for different people. This will look different ways. Some people will wanna repeat. We are free. We are free. We are free. But feeling really focused with that, or you might picture it if you can come into the feeling [00:10:00] of freedom that's.

I think that that's a critical component. Getting into the feeling nature of it, there's gratitude that comes in there and it's understanding that the more we can hold that, the more we can really get ourselves into that feeling, into that vision, into the reality. True freedom, and this is not political.

I'm talking about soul freedom, the freedom to express ourselves and embody ourselves as spirit in human form in all the ways, with no restrictions within our lives of being able to live that way, to live as in accordance with the highest truth of who we are. And, and so it's coming into that, in, into that [00:11:00] feeling, into that vision, into that intention, and then holding it.

And being relaxed in it, but then knowing that if we can hold it, the more we can hold it, we will draw energy that matches that and it amplifies it. It creates more of that energy. And this is where. The real power comes because it's very easy for us to look at what's happening in the world and to immediately draw the conclusion that the way that we fix things is through the voting process.

And I have to be careful about how I, the words that I choose to say things, because there's a lot of. Um, there is, there's a lot of watching that's happening. There's a lot of automatic watching. So if my words are, um, if my words don't seem [00:12:00] as to the point as what you would appreciate, please know that I'm trying to dance around things.

So that I don't trigger, well, trigger actually is one of the words that you don't, is one of the, one of the words that makes that happen. But it's to try to dance around things so that I can still convey the meaning of what I'm saying, but also stay, um, in a more neutral space so that the things that I say can reach you.

And so let me get back on track here. So it's easy for us in these times to think, well, what the way that we affect change is by affecting who is running the government, for example, and. This is [00:13:00] us. That mindset is us saying that, that somebody's gonna come from outside and save us, and that is not the direct route to how we bring forth change.

This is not going to happen outside of you. Yes, there will be components that will come in that reflect. The energy of the collective, it's, it's inverse of how we are used to thinking about change happening. It's easy for our human rational minds to think, I'm gonna, we're gonna bring in a candidate, the candidates who are going to be different than the ones who are there now, who are running things now.

And through that process. They will come in and they will fix things. They will get us out of this. We will no longer owe money to other countries. We will no longer be supporting things [00:14:00] in other countries that I don't believe in. We will no longer have force within our own country that's coming into the cities and, uh, being forceful with things that, you know, we don't agree with.

Now. If you are, I, I wanna say this gently and respectfully because I, I really have a lot of understanding for somebody who's in this place, but there were a lot of people who were happy with the results of the last vote that we had that created the power dynamics that we have today. In terms of the, the main person who is in charge of America, so to speak, and the, a lot of those people who voted in that way [00:15:00] love freedom, and they were sold a promise that their freedom was gonna come because they were gonna put this person.

In the house and they were gonna clean things up. They were gonna expose the, the nefarious people behind the scenes. They were gonna put them in jail. They were going to clean things up. And there are a lot of people who still think. Ba even against all of the evidence that we have, all of the actions that have been taken, particularly the forceful actions within different cities against our citizens and against humanity, who believe that, who still believe what they were sold.[00:16:00] 

Even when there is complete evidence to the contrary. So one of the main things is a certain list that was supposed to be exposed. That was one of the promises that were made. That this, the names on this list would be exposed and that would be a priority. Well, we have evidence now that that's not true.

That was a, an untrue statement. That was a lie. To get this person into the position that they're in now. We have a, an overuse of our military force, even in our own country, against our cities. That is not freedom. You are not being led to freedom. So there comes a point where we have to look at what is happening.

And we have to admit [00:17:00] that the solution is not happening through those promises. Those promises are being broken, and I completely understand the hope. We have, we didn't have good choices. It was like trying to pick between two stale cupcakes at the end of a baked sale, and they're the only two options, and they're smushed and they're stale, and you have to buy one because it's, you know, for a, a cause that you believe in.

That's a situation that we were in, and so I'm not blaming anybody for believing and for desiring the promises that were made, but if you're still believing that there is some sort of advanced chess game happening, you [00:18:00] really need to. Look at what is happening with clear vision and with humility, and get that ego.

Let that ego step aside. Let yourself look at things from a higher perspective, from a more neutral perspective, and be honest with yourself about what really is happening, and that that change is not coming the way that we were promised. The way that I had hoped, I mean, I really hoped that even though I could not see how the promises that were being made could be true, just based on who was saying them, the history of that person, the, the fact that they were, they are entrenched in the system that they're and benefit greatly from the system that they're claiming that they're gonna fix.

It didn't add up, but I had hoped that I was wrong. [00:19:00] And I ask for you. If you are still thinking that there is some sort of advanced chess game happening, please look with fresh eyes. Let break down the ego. Let yourself see it from a different perspective and really be real. Know that there could possibly be.

A psychological attempt at a mass scale to manipulate people who wanted those promises. And it's at any point in time you can make a new choice. And I'm not saying that it means flipping parties because. I don't see a good solution coming from either side right now, and [00:20:00] that's why I emphasize the importance of doing this work from within, doing it energetically.

That is where your power is. Even if there was one candidate who looked true and like they were gonna really carve the pathway forward. The impact that we have as civilians to cast one vote for somebody and to change the minds of the people in our world, it's, it's still a minuscule amount of power that we have as one person, and so.

That's a lot of energy, a lot of heartache, a lot of discord that you're asking for. If you wanna go out there and try to change, try to put all of your energy behind one person that you really believe is gonna fix it from a government perspective. But what you, where you really have the power is [00:21:00] when you come in to yourself, you work.

From your with yourself energetically, you hold the vision of freedom and empowerment and the highest timeline. Now, a good starting point for this is I have a free unity meditation. I'll try to remember to put the link to that in the show notes. But this unity meditation, I think it's only like. Between 10 and 12 minutes, and it will help you to get yourself into that meditative state and to get yourself focused on unity and get yourself energetically aligned with other beings who are praying for the highest outcome and who are uniting and wanting to pull forth the highest timeline.

This really is where we have the power because. If you're [00:22:00] familiar at all with miracles, this is how things happen. That things just shift. And we don't have like a, a, a rational explanation for how things shift, but they shift in divine order and we have the ability to call forth divine order and to let the physical work its way.

Into, to right the ship. And it's not to say that we completely remove ourselves from the material world or the, the, the things that we can do on the material level. I know for me, I'm gonna be paying a lot of attention in the primaries. I think the primaries are gonna be really real, really critical for us to be watching.

Who is it that we can bring in that we can. Vote on later because if you're not paying attention in the primaries, which I typically haven't done, um, but then you're kind of left with those stale cupcakes [00:23:00] in the big game and it's like, well, I don't really like what I'm seeing with either of these. But if we're paying more attention in the primaries, then we can set ourselves up for better choices potentially.

But it depends who comes forward and, and throws their hat in and how much information we can find about them. So again, you know, there are things that we can do in the physical, but there are unquestionably things that we can do at the subtle level, and I please, I, I implore you to please explore this if you feel the call to help at a, a bigger level than your own individual ex life experience.
