509. Manifestation and the 17-Second Intention Principle | How to Attract Quantum Energy Through Focus

Practical Manifestation

Speaker: Welcome to Soul Elevation, guiding your Ascension to new heights. I'm your host, Kara Goodwin, and in this live stream on Monday, October 27th, 2025, I wanna talk about. Manifestation and I came across something recently that talked about there was something like 17 seconds of holding your intention. I think it was seven, 17 or 18 seconds.

Something to that effect of holding your intention. It allows it to start to take root, and we're gonna go into that a little bit more from the quantum perspective, but that really made me stop and take notice because [00:01:00] when we start to think about manifestation and creating the reality that we want, creating the experience that we desire.

We might think that we have to get really, really good at visualizing and maybe visualization is difficult for us, or we may think that we have to create some ceremony and that we have to stop everything in order to follow the steps to, in order to manifest. And another piece to that, let me step aside for just a second, to talk about what manifestation even is, because manifestation is sort of a neutral term that is, has no sort of religious tie in or kind [00:02:00] of no spiritual tie in for.

Allow for bringing in what you intend for changing your life, basically, for bringing in the experience that you wanna have. And we can also think of this as prayer. We can think of this as miracles. We can think of this as, you know, I mean there are a lot of different, I'm sure each religion has its way that it talks about this type of thing, but it really.

Sometimes I think we can get caught on. Well, I don't necessarily wanna manifest anything because maybe we think it's something that it's not. So it really is just being empowered to bring forth the life or the experience that we desire. And so when it comes to holding an intention. [00:03:00] For 17 seconds. I think that that is so.

Palpable, that's low hanging fruit for us. And whatever it was that I came across, it was talk it, it was kind of like 17 seconds or 28 seconds or, okay. Now what's, um, is it 51? Is that 17 times two times three. Um, but these are all things that we can do. This is low hanging fruit. This isn't something that we have to get really technical about, but the ability to be able to hold an intention or to hold a thought or to hold this version of reality, to draw it to us is something that we can feel is accessible to everybody.

So what I understood from what I came across, and again, I didn't, I only watched this, whatever it was that came into my awareness. I watched it one time. I did. This isn't something [00:04:00] that I've studied or that I've researched. I'm just, I just found it so powerful. I've put it into use myself, and I've found it really palpable.

So that's why I wanted to share it, because I think that it's something that you can just take with you. To give it a try and to feel how it feels for you. And if you think that you can feel something and it's something that you can easily sustain, then why not take this, this useful and simple tool to be able to use it to your advantage.

So what, what I remember it talking about, and it is the. That if we hold the intention of what it is that we want. It's almost like you can see it in front of you, but don't get caught up in the seeing, in the visualizing, because sometimes if we think about [00:05:00] visualization, we might put too much pressure on ourselves that we need to be able to see it really clearly in our mind's eye, and we need to be able to.

Have that clairvoyance and, and that's not necessary. That's not a hindrance. So I'm going to use the word see it, but that might mean different things to different people. So it may even be that for you, you might be more of a, a sound person and it's something that you wanna repeat in your head. So let's say that you're trying to get over an infection.

And it's been lingering or whatever the circumstances are, but you want to, you want to be in perfect health. You wanna get over this infection. So you would, the way, again, this is the way that I'm doing it, but just take what I'm saying and apply it to yourself and use the skills that you have to adapt it to what is comfortable for you.

But for me, I would kind of hold that. Out [00:06:00] sort of in front of my third eye, almost like I was projecting this state of perfect health. And I may really zero in on if this is like a respiratory infection, I may kind of zero in on my lungs and see them lit up or intend that they are lit up with divine healing light and that that is.

Moving all through my lungs and give and immediately healing them that they are in divine perfection, that they are, my lungs are shifting into a state of perfect health, whatever it might be. However, you can really get into the feeling and the intention. That you've, you're on the other side of this ill, this infection and you're in a state of perfect health, whatever that looks like for you.

But it's just [00:07:00] holding that kind of in front of your third eye or slightly ahead of where you know you are physically. And there is this quantum, uh. Photo magnetic aspect. When we have an intention and when we're able to sustain that intention and hold that intention, we attract, I like to think of it as photonic units of energy or of light, and a photon is just like a very, very tiny, tiny, tiny unit of energy.

And so like attracts, like we know this, this is, um, universal. So as I'm holding this intention that. This infection is cleared up and, and I would be, I would advise, you know, instead of thinking I, [00:08:00] this infection is gone, or however, you know, the current state is no longer, it's bringing in the positive aspect.

It's instead of like, in, instead of emphasizing the, the infection part. Emphasize the pure health, emphasize the vitality, the vibrancy, the, so you're, you're reinforcing that positive state rather than saying that negative state is no more. Because there are studies that talk about our brains can't tell the difference between, uh, uh, when we say something is not and when we just say it.

So if we're saying, I am. I don't have money problems. I don't have money problems, that type of thing. Then actually what your brain is hearing, it's just reinforcing that money problems. So you would instead be like, I am full of abundance and, and wealth in that case. So it's, [00:09:00] for me, the way that this works is that then I hold that intention.

And then I am perceiving, intending, imagining that these photonic units that are in support of the intention are being drawn to that intention and they're building it up. I'm just holding the intention, but what happens in the background is that the universe finds more energy and just automatically and effortlessly is just directing it.

To that intention, which is my intention, it's directed toward my reality. And 17 seconds is an not an overwhelming amount of time to allow that to happen. So one of the ways that I've applied this myself is. When I just find little pockets of [00:10:00] time throughout the day, so I tend to take a walk every day, and usually I'm listening to an audio book or a podcast as I walk.

But what I've been doing lately is having no sound while I walk and using this, bringing an intention to my third eye, putting it out in front of me and just. Allowing myself to sustain the intention of whatever it is that I want to draw. So if I wanna pray for somebody, I would see them in their highest state, see them in perfect health, see them in abundance, whatever it is that it, that I know that they're, um, desiring right now and that they're in need of, and just.

Imagining intending, understanding that as I hold that intention that the universe is drawing more quantum units [00:11:00] of energy, more photonic units of energy to let, to, um, support that intention. And so I might do that for 17 seconds. I might do it for twice that time, three times that time. I might do it at the start of my walk and hold it for a short time, and then I might finish my walk that way too.

I might do it, uh, as part of my meditation. I might do it while I'm doing dishes, whenever it kind of occurs to me. But because these are just short bursts of time, it really helps. To make it a, something that I can kind of get my arms around. Again, it's not something that I have to create a big ceremony around, which may get in the way of actually putting it into practice.

So I again, just wanted to share this. I'm reading. Greg Braden's [00:12:00] book The Divine Matrix right now. So if this sort of content is interesting to you and you wanna know more about the quantum world, how things work in the quantum, how we all affect each other, how thought and intention affect each other, he doesn't.

Excellent. Excellent job in this book of discussing what the quantum is, what the matrix is. What science has proven. So he talks about some of the, the scientific studies that have happened and how, you know, even related to a hundred and more years ago of what the theories were and what some of those experiments were and how we, our understanding has evolved over time.

And the book is very powerful and it's written in a really, uh. A very accessible way. So this, these sorts of things when we're talking about the quantum, it might start, if you start to shut off at all. When we talk about the quantum [00:13:00] because it sounds too sciencey or it sounds too advanced or whatever, Greg Braden does a great job of keeping it accessible so that it's.

Not only easy to understand, but it's kind of entertaining as well. One of the things that he was talking about bef that I was reading yesterday, right before I went to bed, was the way that there are these scientific experiments that have happened in a lab that show that the, that that basically show that you can affect the past and they do this with.

Uh, particles and what the expectation is for what if the wave, if the, if it's gonna show as a particle or as a wave, if light is a, is gonna show as a particle or a wave. What the intention of the observer is on the outcome, but after [00:14:00] the outcome is observed, which means it has to go back in time to affect the future, and that, I'm not explaining that very well, I do realize that, but it, it's, it is a complicated.

Concept, but they have shown this in the, the lab basically that what you, you've already observed it, so that means it's already happened, but, but whatever the intentions are of the end result impact what happens at the start of the experiment. And that is really powerful when we apply that to our own lives because that means that.

What we do now can affect the past. The choices that we're making now can affect our past, and that's really difficult for us as linear beings who are experiencing time in a linear fashion to be able to understand. But that concept really has my attention [00:15:00] because when, because a dream that I had last night was that I was in this.

Room and there was all this beautiful artwork, and it was like they, it was all hanging on the walls, different sizes and shapes, and there was this, the biggest one that was there. I was, um, dissolving with a solvent because the, because I was create, I realized like I had created all this artwork. And my latest piece that I was, that I was working on, I was putting this solvent on it to dissolve it because I, it wasn't the right color.

And so I was starting over and when I was recording my dream this morning, I was writing out what I had dreamt and I was like, oh, I think this is directly related to that information that I came across in the Divine Matrix in Greg Braden's book where. We [00:16:00] affect in the present, we can affect the past.

And so I think that was my conscience, my conscious integrating that that truth and that possibility because we can, we can recreate our past. And it's, it's an exciting, um. It's an exciting experiment that they result that they found through these experiments, and we can find our own way to apply that in our own lives, but we really are limitless, and that's the point of all of this is that you are so limitless and we all will benefit from really embodying the truth of the magnificence that we are and.

If we can be more deliberate in our creation, if we can hold our intentions for our [00:17:00] highest good, for our highest experience, not only for us, but for our loved ones, for all sentient life on this planet, this is how we rise, and this is where freedom is.
