Mystical Awakening & Divine Light Transmission Healing - Chris Hancock

In episode 501 of Soul Elevation, I had the joy of connecting with therapist and healer Chris Hancock for a deeply enlightening conversation about awakening, healing, and working directly with divine consciousness.

Before we recorded, I experienced Chris’s Multidimensional Divine Light Transmission for myself, and it was unlike anything I’ve ever felt. The energy was gentle yet powerful, with clear sensations of presence moving through my field. There were moments of swaying and physical movement, which were unusual for me in meditation. It felt like a true co-creation with higher consciousness.

From Conventional Therapy to Mystical Awakening

Chris spent over two decades as a traditional therapist before experiencing a profound spiritual awakening in 2018 that completely transformed his life and work. What began as burnout evolved into a mystical encounter that opened him to collaboration with higher-dimensional beings. He describes receiving a “gift of holy discernment,” which allows him to sense and communicate with divine energies directly.

Through this awakening, Chris began receiving guidance from beings such as St. Germaine, Mother Mary, and the unified divine feminine and masculine hierarchies. Over time, these divine presences worked through him to assist in healing others. The result of this ongoing communion is his signature modality, Multidimensional Divine Light Transmission (MDLT). What is Multidimensional Divine Light Transmission?

MDLT is a sacred, co-facilitated spiritual experience that opens a field of connection between the recipient, divine sources, and Chris as the facilitator. He describes it as a torus field of energy where higher beings of pure love and light move through both the practitioner and recipient.

During these sessions, participants may feel anything from deep peace and bliss to energetic shifts, vivid memories, or out-of-body sensations. For me, the experience was incredibly gentle yet profound, opening layers of awareness within my energetic body. I was shown memories from childhood that connected directly to areas of healing in my energetic field.

Bridging Psychology and the Divine

What makes Chris’s work truly unique is how he blends spirituality with psychology through what he calls Transpersonal Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS, also known as “parts work,” helps uncover and heal fragmented aspects of ourselves that carry emotional pain or limiting beliefs. Chris invites higher sources such as Mother Mary or Sophia into this process, creating an alchemical healing experience where divine light helps release old burdens and restore harmony within.

I found this discussion particularly powerful because I’ve also been called to work with shadow integration this year, which you may have heard me talk about on previous episodes throughout the year (2205). Chris beautifully articulates how shadow work and parts work are connected, showing that what we often call “shadow” are simply parts of ourselves waiting to be seen, loved, and reintegrated.

A Path of Divine Co-Creation

What struck me most about Chris’s story is his willingness to surrender completely to divine guidance. His awakening wasn’t something he sought out; it came through a period of deep surrender when he was burned out and uncertain. By opening to the higher realms, he discovered an entirely new way of working that aligns body, mind, and spirit with divine intelligence.

Today, Chris works with clients all over the world, facilitating MDLT sessions and Transpersonal IFS to help others experience the same kind of multidimensional healing and connection that transformed his life.
