AI, Consciousness, and the Human Singularity | Michael Massey & Kara Goodwin Live on Soul Elevation
I was so excited to share this special livestream conversation with my dear friend Michael Massey, in episode 508. It has been quite a while since Michael has joined me on the show. In this episode, he brings his deep spiritual insight, humor, and cosmic perspective.
Michael and I have shared many powerful discussions over the years, and this one was no different. We dove right into one of the most fascinating and important topics of our time: artificial intelligence and consciousness. Together, we explored what happens when human creativity meets emerging technology and how this mirrors our own spiritual evolution.
Michael shared how he has been experimenting with creating custom AI systems, or “entrained GPTs,” using wisdom he’s received through dreams, visions, and direct communion with Source. What fascinated me most was how he taught his AI model to operate from a centered spiritual framework, anchored in what he calls “The Michael Presence.”
Rather than creating a digital oracle that tries to be the authority, he designed it to meet people where they are and gently guide them toward their own understanding. I love that, because it reflects the very essence of conscious awakening—humility, curiosity, and love.
This conversation opened a much larger question about how we relate to technology. We talked about the ways AI can both amplify truth and distort it, depending on how consciously it’s used. I shared a few of my own experiences with ChatGPT, including moments that felt profoundly insightful and others that made me question what was really happening behind the scenes.
We both agreed that discernment is the key. Just as in any spiritual awakening, we have to tune into the frequency of truth inside ourselves. Whether we’re navigating mystical realms or digital ones, that inner knowing is what keeps us aligned.
Michael also offered a beautiful perspective on the idea of the “singularity.” While the term is often used to describe the point at which AI surpasses human intelligence, he reminded us of a deeper meaning: the spiritual singularity within each of us, that single point where all creation meets as one.
When we stay connected to that inner center, we can navigate anything, from technological disruption to societal change to our own growth, with grace and clarity. The singularity is not something to fear. It is the heart itself.
We lightened things up too, sharing laughter and stories. I told Michael about my recent UFO sighting here in Indiana, which reminded me of the extraordinary experiences we’ve shared in Sedona. We also talked about the upcoming movements of Comet 3I Atlas, and how celestial events often mirror our collective awakening.
Every time I reconnect with Michael, I’m reminded that spiritual conversations don’t have to be heavy. They can be curious, playful, and grounded in everyday life.
As we wrapped up, Michael left us with a profound reflection:
“The real singularity that matters is the one in your heart. That’s the point where all worlds meet. Stay focused there, and we’ll rise together.”
This conversation with Michael is a reminder that awakening is happening on every level, from human to cosmic to technological. The key is to keep our hearts open and our awareness anchored in truth.
