Karen Lithika is a Multidimensional Healer & Teacher, Author and Botanist whose work bridges the realms of science and spirituality.

Her innate connection with the crystal and plant kingdoms has been a direct calling to assist and share their light messages. Born and raised in Australia, her ancestry originates from the Islands of Malta. With a PhD in Plant DNA Evolution and Systematics, she has conducted extensive botanical research, collecting plant specimens across Australia and other regions to study earth’s original ecosystems and describe new species.

Her spiritual journey intensified in 2012, leading her to embrace her role as a Light Channel and Arcturian contactee. She founded the Sanctuary of Light, a global community dedicated to ascension and light consciousness. Through this platform, she offers channeled guidance, meditative journeys, and teachings aimed at aligning individuals with Gaia’s crystalline evolution.

As an author, Karen has published works such as Crystal Guardians of Gaia and New Earth: Multidimensional Crystal and Planetary Wisdom and the forthcoming coming book initiated with St Germain about the Crystal Kingdom. These books delve into the roles of crystals in humanity's ascension and, drawing from her channeled experiences and insights.
