 In episode 455, I talk about something that’s been pressing on my heart: the current state of our world and what we can actually do about it.

The Power of the Collective Consciousness Field

I want to lay some groundwork here. There is a global, energetic network we’re all plugged into, which is an invisible field of thought, emotion, and belief. And it’s being shaped constantly by what we take in, think about, and focus on. When we consume media (no matter which network), we’re absorbing narratives that shape our perception, and we’re then feeding that back into the collective field.

So what do we do instead?

We amplify our light.

Raising Your Frequency to Create Real Impact

Dr. Hawkins mapped human consciousness on a logarithmic scale, from the lowest vibrations like shame and guilt, up through courage, love, and ultimately enlightenment. He discovered that individuals who live at higher frequencies (even temporarily) have a disproportionately positive influence on the entire collective.

If you’re vibrating in the 400s or above (which includes love, joy, peace), your light offsets the heaviness of thousands—even millions—who are resonating at fear, anger, or apathy.

Let that sink in: one person holding higher consciousness is more powerful than thousands in lower states.

So rather than trying to fight the system through anger or resistance (which only keeps us stuck in lower vibrational loops), we elevate our own frequency—and in doing so, we shift the whole.

The Christ Consciousness Grid

What does that look like in practice?

It starts with meditation. I’ve developed a visualization where you go inward, connect with your own heart light, and begin amplifying it. You feel that inner divine spark expanding until it surrounds your entire being. From there, you intentionally link your light with others around the globe who are doing the same. Together, we light up what I call the Christ Consciousness Grid—a high-vibrational network that already exists above the collective field.

This isn’t about religion. Christ Consciousness is a frequency. It’s unity, divine love, and elevated awareness, and when we tune into it together, we create a magnetizing force that calls the rest of humanity upward.

We’re Not Waiting. We’re Activating.

We don’t have to know how the shift happens. That’s not our job. We’re not meant to figure out every step with our minds or strategize a 3D revolution. We’re here to anchor the light so truth, peace, and transformation can emerge naturally in the field.
