What Synchronicities Are Trying to Show You (Right Now)

What Synchronicities Are Trying to Show You (Right Now)

Listen or watch

There are moments in life when reality begins to feel more responsive, more interconnected, almost as if something unseen is quietly arranging pieces behind the scenes. You notice a thought mirrored back to you in an unexpected way, or a conversation reinforces something you just experienced. A person you haven’t seen in years suddenly appears, right after you spoke their name.

These are the moments we often call synchronicities, and when I recorded the livestream for episode 568 of Soul Elevation, I was experiencing a ton of them!

After returning from a retreat in Sedona, I found myself immersed in a wave of these synchronistic experiences. Not just one or two small coincidences, but a series of very specific, almost playful reflections of the same themes appearing again and again. It felt like a kind of orchestration, something continuously drawing my attention to the patterns woven through my experience.

One of the things that stood out most was not just that certain topics repeated, but how precisely they aligned. For instance, a casual conversation about something obscure would resurface in a completely different context hours later. Someone I had not thought about in years suddenly crossed my path after being mentioned in passing mere minutes before. These things went way beyond "coincidence," particularly as they continued to happen one after another.

This is often how synchronicities reveal themselves. It's not just repetition, but meaningful repetition. Things feel connected, even when the circumstances are unrelated.

Many people experience synchronicities at different points in their lives, but I've experienced particular times when they are intensified. One of those times is during periods of spiritual awakening or inner transformation. When your awareness expands, you become more attuned to your inner world, and your outer world often begins to reflect that shift in increasingly noticeable ways. It can feel as though reality itself becomes more fluid, more responsive, almost like a mirror that is suddenly clearer and more immediate.

For me, the experience of being in Sedona seemed to amplify this effect. Sedona is known for its powerful energy, and whether you interpret that through a spiritual lens, a psychological lens, or simply as the result of being fully present in a beautiful and inspiring place, there is no denying that something shifts when you immerse yourself in that kind of energy. It is a well known side effect of being in that particular part of the world.

Coming out of that experience, my perception seemed more refined. Maybe I was noticing things I might have previously overlooked, but it was more than just awareness. The patterns themselves seemed more pronounced, immediate, and undeniable. This is where synchronicity becomes especially interesting. It invites you to consider that maybe your life isn't a series of disconnected events, but rather a cohesive pattern unfolding across multiple dimensions of experience.

One way to understand this is through one of my favorite topics - sacred geometry. In sacred geometry, complex images are built from repeating patterns, each piece reflecting the whole. There is symmetry, coherence, and an underlying order that connects every part of the design. In the same way, synchronicities can be seen as fragments of a larger pattern. They are like glimpses into the structure beneath your everyday experience, or moments where a deeper architecture of reality becomes briefly visible.

You may not always understand what a particular synchronicity "means," and that is part of the mystery. It is not always about decoding a message in a literal sense, disappointing as that may be to our linear, 3D minds. Sometimes it's just about recognizing that there is an intelligent pattern, you are part of it, and your awareness of it matters.

There is also something spiritually supportive about these events. They can feel like a form of communication, not necessarily in words, but in experience. There can be reassurance that you're aligned, that you're on a path that is unfolding with a kind of intelligence beyond what the logical mind can fully grasp. At the same time, synchronicities need a certain level of discernment. It is easy to become overly analytical, trying to assign meaning to every detail. But I find the most powerful way to engage with synchronicity is through pure presence and awe rather than mental interpretation.

What I have found is that synchronicities tend to increase when there is greater alignment between your inner state and your outer experience. When you are more centered, aware, and connected to yourself, life begins to reflect that coherence back to you. In that way, synchronicity is a kind of feedback mechanism. It naturally arises when you are in a state of openness and attunement.

Right now, many people are certainly feeling that something is shifting on a larger scale. There is a sense of acceleration, change, and movement within consciousness itself. And with that shift, synchronicities can become more frequent and impossible to ignore. So, be on the lookout, and enjoy them!

If you have been noticing this in your own life, it may be an invitation to slow down just enough to appreciate that the Universe is talking to you. Don't force meaning, but just allow a feeling of wonder. Recognize that even in the smallest, most unexpected moments, there may be a deeper pattern unfolding.

And perhaps most importantly, remember that you are not separate from that pattern. You are an integral part of it.
