The Energetic Body & Its Impacts on the Physical Body

In episode 435 of Soul Elevation, I shared a recent experience that was still integrating in my field. It happened just the day before I filmed the livestream, and it’s a perfect example of how our reality is never just one thing—it’s multi-layered, multidimensional, and deeply orchestrated by forces far beyond what we can always grasp with the mind.

This story involves energetic transmissions, heart activations, and even physical symptoms shared simultaneously across people—so stay with me as I walk you through it. My intention is to offer a real-world, real-body illustration of how energy healing, spiritual upgrades, and quantum entanglement can all manifest in one singular moment.

Understanding the Layers: It’s Never Just One Thing

If you’ve been part of my community for a while, you’ve probably heard me say this before: nothing is ever just one thing. Our experiences exist across multiple planes—physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual, even cosmic—and they often overlap in subtle but profound ways.

When I was earlier in my spiritual journey, I used to see things in a very binary way. It was either this or that. But over time, my awareness has expanded, and now I understand that many truths can coexist. This experience was a perfect example of that.

A Real-Time Energy Exchange

I met up with a dear friend yesterday—let’s call her Chris. We meet regularly and share openly about life and spirit, and during our conversation, I began telling her about a recent quantum, multidimensional experience I’d had. These kinds of experiences often come to me in liminal states—drifting off to sleep, in deep meditation—when my field opens and I can perceive layers of geometry and energetic patterns.

As I was describing it to her, I explained how I sometimes receive energy codes and geometries during these moments—complex, stacked sacred geometries that I know are being added into my own energetic signature. I also shared my understanding that when we interact with one another, we’re sharing energy signatures. My codes, as they evolve, become available to those I’m in resonance with—and vice versa.

As I was saying this to her—literally as the words were coming out of my mouth—I felt this massive energetic shift. It was like a gateway opened. I could feel her subconsciously transmitting codes to me, and me to her. She lit up physically—her face got color, her energy noticeably shifted—and yet we were just sitting there. But something big was moving.

Then Came the Heart Activation

Almost immediately after that energetic exchange, Chris said, “I’m feeling my heart doing that thing again.”

She’s had this experience a few times before—sudden heart flutters or palpitations. Enough that she had it medically checked, and everything came back normal. She’d read in my upcoming book, Your Authentic Awakening, how I’ve had similar episodes, especially in high-vibration environments or following strong spiritual activations.

One instance I share in the book happened when my mentor Michael and I were visiting the location for an upcoming retreat. The place was buzzing with energy. We were both receiving activations the moment we stepped on the land. Afterward, while driving away, I had to pull over because of a sharp pain and expansion in my heart. It felt like something was trying to burst open—energetically, emotionally, spiritually.

Chris’s experience mirrored this. Her heart was responding to the high-vibe energy exchange we were in, and she was physically feeling it in real time.

And Then… Her Mom Called

About 10 minutes later, Chris’s phone rang. It was her mom. She said, “My blood pressure is through the roof—I need to go to the emergency room.”

We did a quick time check, and based on how long it would’ve taken her mom to take her BP and make the call, her episode began right around the same time Chris was having her own heart symptoms.

So now we have:

• A powerful energetic exchange between two people

• A heart activation felt physically

• And a simultaneous physical response in a closely connected loved one

This, to me, is quantum entanglement in action. It's consciousness expressing itself across multiple bodies and dimensions at once. It’s confirmation that what we do, feel, and shift within ourselves ripples outward to everyone we’re connected to.

What the Energy Field Looks Like to Me

In my multidimensional experiences, I often see the human energy field like a mosaic of shimmering tiles. When I go through an energetic elevation, those tiles turn gold or light up, and it’s not just happening for me. The people I’m deeply connected with (biologically, emotionally, spiritually) share those tiles. They benefit too.

So when I lift, so do they.

The closer the connection, the more tiles we share. My daughter, for instance, shares a lot of my tiles. When I elevate, those golden activations affect her field, whether she’s consciously aware of it or not. It’s a beautiful visual and energetic understanding of how we’re all intrinsically linked—a living, breathing web of consciousness.

Activation Symptoms Are Real (and Sometimes Scary)

If you’ve experienced strange heart sensations or sudden emotional shifts during spiritual practices—or even in daily life after big energetic moments—you’re not alone.

Please always get checked by a doctor if you're unsure or concerned. But know that these kinds of sensations are also known phenomena in spiritual evolution. Others have walked this path. I’ve walked this path. It’s real, and you’re not crazy. Sometimes it’s not just physical—it’s energetic. It’s transformation happening in your body.
