Eclipse Gateway Energy, Global Chaos & Anchoring the Highest Timeline

The times we are living through right now feel extraordinarily intense. Even if we try not to dwell on the news cycle or the constant stream of information online, it is almost impossible not to feel the magnitude of what is unfolding across the world. There are moments in history when many events converge at once, and when we look back on those periods later, we sometimes forget how overwhelming it must have felt to live through them in real time.

In episode 561 of Soul Elevation, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what is happening collectively right now. While I want to avoid focusing on fear or chaos, sometimes simply acknowledging the intensity of a moment helps us understand our own emotional and energetic responses. When so much is happening simultaneously, it can be difficult to process it all!

As I recorded this episode on March 2, 2026, we were on the eve of a total lunar eclipse occurring on March 3. This eclipse also aligns with what many people refer to as the 3:3 portal, related to numerology, when the day and month mirror one another. These energetic gateways often carry a sense of amplification. Even for those who do not consciously follow astrology or numerology, eclipse seasons tend to coincide with heightened emotions, revelations, and shifts that can feel both destabilizing and transformative.

Eclipses always come in pairs, with a solar eclipse followed by a lunar eclipse roughly two weeks later. This pairing intensifies the energetic atmosphere on Earth. Whether or not we are able to physically see the eclipse from our location, the energetic impact is there. The entire planet moves through these cycles together.

At the same time that these celestial events are unfolding, we are also witnessing enormous tension in global systems. Conflicts between nations, political instability, financial concerns, and cultural upheaval all seem to be happening at once. When we add to that the constant stream of sensational stories circulating through social media, it becomes very easy for our attention to be pulled in a thousand different directions.

I noticed this myself the weekend before I recorded this episode, when a strange and widely shared story involving actor Jim Carrey began circulating online. Admittedly, the story completely captured my curiosity and kept me scrolling for more information. Before long I realized how easily I had been pulled down a rabbit hole of scrolling and consuming information. It was a reminder of how powerful distraction can be, especially during times when so many larger issues are unfolding simultaneously. Our attention is so valuable, and it is all too easy to give it away.

I'm not even talking about whether any particular story is true or false. The deeper observation is how quickly our attention can become captured by sensational narratives while larger structural changes continue unfolding in the background. Our attention is one of the most powerful resources we possess, and where we place it matters. Alongside these headlines and social media distractions, there are also profound conversations emerging about financial systems, global power structures, and the ways institutions have been constructed over generations. Researchers and analysts like Catherine Austin Fitts have been speaking for years about how financial and governance systems are evolving (devolving???) in ways that many people are only beginning to notice - and these changes are absolutely not in the favor of the masses.

When we step back and look at the bigger picture, it can feel overwhelming. War, economic shifts, cultural tensions, and revelations about hidden structures can all create the sense that the world is moving through a period of profound instability. For many people, this triggers deep anxiety about the future. Yet across many spiritual traditions and indigenous teachings around the world, these kinds of periods have long been described as necessary transitions. Numerous prophetic traditions speak of a time when corrupted systems would begin to crumble as human consciousness evolves. These prophecies often involve the collapse of illusion and the exposure of corrupt structures that can no longer be sustained.

When viewed through that lens, what appears to be chaos may also be part of a larger transformation. Systems that were built on imbalance or distortion eventually reach a point where they cannot maintain themselves. As consciousness rises, the contrast between integrity and corruption becomes more visible. That visibility can be uncomfortable to say the least. It forces societies and individuals to confront realities that were previously hidden or ignored. But it also opens the door to creating something new.

The most important thing we can do during times like this is remember that we are not merely passive observers of events. Human consciousness is not separate from the reality we experience. Each of us contributes to the collective field through our thoughts, emotions, intentions, and actions.

When we spend all of our energy reacting to external chaos, we place ourselves into a state of powerlessness. We become consumers of information rather than creators of possibility. Our attention becomes scattered across endless headlines and stories, and we forget that we have the ability to influence the energetic direction of our lives.

One of the most powerful shifts we can make is moving out of consumption and back into conscious creation.

This begins with reconnecting to stillness. When we quiet the noise around us, we can open ourselves to a deeper connection with Source consciousness.  A simple practice is to soften the crown of the head and imagine opening yourself to the highest possible source of light and guidance. Set the intention to connect only with energies aligned with Pure Source Consciousness. Invite the support of your divine team, your guides, and benevolent forces that serve the highest good.

From that place, allow yourself to hold the intention for the highest possible timeline. You do not have to know every detail of what that future looks like. None of us have the entire blueprint. But intention itself carries enormous creative power. When you visualize a future that holds peace, harmony, sovereignty, and expanded consciousness, you contribute to the energetic field that makes that reality possible. Your imagination becomes a bridge between the present moment and the future that is emerging.

This is not about denying the challenges that exist in the world. Instead, it's about recognizing that our awareness and intention shape how we move through those challenges. Instead of allowing chaos to pull us into fear or distraction, we can choose to become conduits for clarity and light. In times of great change, humanity often stands at a crossroads between multiple possible futures. Each individual contributes to the direction that unfolds.

Your consciousness and intention matter. Your ability to hold a vision for a higher reality matters - more than you may realize.

As we move through eclipse season and the powerful energetic shifts of this time, consider what it would mean to step fully into your role as a conscious creator. Instead of remaining caught in the endless cycle of consuming information, allow yourself to become a vessel for the light and wisdom that wants to move through you.

When enough people choose that path, the highest timeline shifts from being a possibility to a living reality we co-create together.
